Slow, inattentive, dispassionate server. Steaks and burgers advertised but burger was tasteless. Appetizer portion smaller than expected. Bathroom out of paper towels at 12:30pm. Unacceptable.

Slow service, one bartender for 50+ stools and the restaurant. Definitely not impressed with this place.

DONE!!! The worst service on a consistent basis. I would give negative stars if I could. Stay away. The bartenders are blind, the food takes forever, and the tab is never correct.

Ridiculous for this place to be considered anything more than a novelty bar. Visited on a Saturday for our second time in about three years… There was six of us in our party. We all ordered at the same time. Three meals were delivered and we were told the others would be right up. Fifteen minutes later the other three meals arrived. It’s so nice to sit and watch others eat, only to return the favor when your meals arrive… One of us ordered broccoli with the meal and it was forgotten about and it had to be ordered again. Desert didn’t get much better, as that ordered got screwed up as well. Given the prices, we all expected more. Seriously doubt there will be a third visit, theres’s just too many other places in the area worth giving a try.

First impression was this would be a cool place to eat. The theme of the design is good. Cadillacs and music. Great pictures of musicians and music playing. However, there is Sports on every TV. Is it a sports bar? Or is it a Hard Rock substitute? I’d prefer Hard Rock. It would appear to be a music themed restaurant but there is nothing on the TV’s to support that. I’m sitting looking at a large pic of Taylor Swift on one side of a TV playing sports center and on the other side a large pic of Aerosmith. Above all of this is a full length real Cadillac. I’m done. I don’t get it.

I’m not a huge fan of this place. The food is okay, the drinks are alright. The best thing about it is the mechanical bull. Service is always great however I always seem to leave disappointed with what I ordered. I’ve been a couple times for dinner and the last time I popped in was for happy hour. This was probably the best experience I’ve had. Their menu has half off appetizers which if you’re looking for pub food, they won’t disappoint! I was pleased with their happy hour prices just wish the food wowed me a little more because the interior is really fun!

I won’t be going back. They have some wonky rules as far as happy hour goes. You can’t have happy hour at a table, but you can get up and order from the bar for happy hour prices. The bar was packed and the tables weren’t. I’m not going to battle the hordes at the bar. The waitress was pushy, but nice. It was clear we were cattle and she wanted to get us out so the next group could come in and tip her for non-happy hour prices during happy hour. The lighting was nice, but was ruined with the TVs showing sports(not a sports fan) that drowned out the nice lighting. The food was nothing special, but they overcompensate by decorating it so that the hipsters will take pictures of it and post online. Not for me.

The pork chops here are to die for, the rest of the food is nothing to rave about, but not bad either. Service is usually prompt, and only once have I had to send something back, which they comped without my having to even mention it. While some of the bartenders can be a bit brusque, or chat with their friends a bit much, its never been a serious issue. The one downside is the drinks, I’ve had some good ones, but also some pretty horrendous ones too. I had a margarita that tasted horrible, like they’d mixed the drink with salt, and it hadn’t been blended properly plus you couldn’t taste any alcohol.

My husband and I went to eat here recently. We asked to be seated outside because it was very nice out and the host said that if we honestly wanted to sit outside that was fine but we wouldn’t have fast service(mind you this was a Friday night). They have a really nice set up outside and in and it wasn’t very busy either so hearing that kind of threw me off. Our server was alright and food was average. Overall I expect better from the money I’m paying to eat there.

Went here last night to celebrate the bff’s birthday. The service was great. Our server, Erica, was very accommodating after having to move tables due to an extra friend that showed up. The food was just ok. Had the spinach artichoke dip as an app. A layer of grease was on top. Eh. The burger was just average. The drinks and bull ride were awesome. Seems like a great place to watch a game or for happy hour.

Went out recently for a birthday celebration with some friends because they wanted to ride the bull and i would have rather been at any of the other wonderful restaurants in the area. The service was pretty bad as the waiter went AWOL for most of the night. The drinks seemed very watered down and the atmosphere wasn’t as fun as it usually is at other Cadillac Ranch locations. The only reason this place gets the two stars its getting is because my salad was amazing. other than that the night was very… meh.

Service sucks. Every. Damn. Time. I would be here often otherwise… I figured I would give it a year. today was no different. The HH specials are the only redeeming quality if you can get someone to actually get it for you. At the moment my anger is directed to the strangely tan, arrogant, feminine bartender(man) who told me to find a hostess. FU all day long, Jeremy.

Cadillac Ranch has a well put together interior(reminds me of a ski lodge at Coachella), a great location in the Annapolis Towne Center, and very friendly staff. Also, the food is good if not spectacular. These are the highlights. Although I was there for lunch, it seems a nice place for happy hour. However I dock stars because the inside temperature was very hot, bordering on uncomfortable. And the Cadillac Steak Burger is not actually steak — its beef. This bothers me to a certain degree, and I have to deduct a few stars for that. Also the Brunch menu is fairly limited.

So from the start, the place is very much a sensory overload. I went during lunch and it wasn’t too busy a handful of people here and there, but the country music playing and the large amount of hub-caps and guitars kept me entertained, not to mention the 15 tv’s scattered amongst the restaurant /bar area. The food menu is sorta road-house meets Annapolis type of cuisine, good idea, but… I tried their sliders for a quick lunch meal and was somewhat disappointed. They weren’t that good, messy, small, and they looked sloppy. My server was great, though it took the food nearly 35 minutes to get to my table, and a table near me got their dish, two larger burgers, at the same time as I did from the same waitress. For less than $ 8 for the entire meal it was a good deal, but I felt like I wouldn’t want to return for anything else. 2 — stars.

This place reminds me of Hard Rock kind of. We ordered onion rings and salads — so nothing what they are probably known for. All the other restaurants were shutting down and we were famished. Our server was good, maybe her name was Brittany(?). She was friendly, and came around enough times. They have multiple TVs and a bull — pay to ride.

When presented with the option of Cadillac Ranch for dinner, my girlfriend responded«I would rather not eat.» When my girlfriend said she wanted to watch Twilight, I responded«I would rather eat at Cadillac Ranch.» She wasn’t kidding about Twilight, it is one of her few flaws. But, she really would rather starve than visit this restaurant again. We were fair, we’ve been 3 times. Each time worst than the last. The first time we didn’t understand the terrible reviews. The second, we started to get it, the third time, when we were experiencing a bit of a stomach ache after eating here, we started to understand and decided to not come here again. Now, this place is packed with«Woo Girls» every weekend night. I think the bar is the only way this place is still in business. Personally, I hate«Woo Girls» and I am ecstatic that my girlfriend is awesome and shares my disdain for this specimen. But hey, if you dig it, find ‘em here. However don’t put too much faith in the bartender’s abilities to mix a good drink. My girlfriend came her on here once for a drink after a rough day and was served an «undrinkable» gin and tonic. Not exactly a complicated cocktail, kids. It’s sad, really, because this place is pretty unique. The menu is somewhat small and full of typical American fare so I really don’t understand how the food can be so underwhelming. I dig the décor, it’s a nice, darker atmosphere and the contrast between the red walls and the blue ceiling is really cool. It’s a shame it just sucks because it really could be a fun place to dine and hang out.

Went here with a group of 6. We had no wait on a weekend night, so that was concerning to me since we didn’t make reservations. As a matter of fact, the restaurant was quite empty considering its location. We went around 6:30 to get dinner and a bunch of us were looking forward to riding the mechanical bull, sadly, the bull rides don’t begin until later in the night. I believe our waitress said either 9 or 9:30pm. Which isn’t bad if you’re out drinking but as a novelty restaurant you would think they would run it around dinner time. Anywho, we get in and are seated and although the restaurant is lacking in patrons, we were left waiting for much longer than normal. We ordered our drinks and some wine and drinks came about 10 minutes later, wine came about 20 minutes later. Our food order was appetizers, one order of pasta, and some burgers. I hate whenrestaurants dont bring out a groups food at the same time. Half of us were almost done by the time others got their food. We weren’t even a large group. Two people had to send items back because items were missing that they requested. The food was cold/luke warm and lacking flavor. Fries were not crisp. The pasta however was delicious. The service seems to be an issue with other Unilocalers. Im glad it’s not just me. Our waitress seemed snubby and like we were bothering her. I kept apologizing(bad habit when I feel uncomfortable) and she didn’t even act like it was ok. Our drinks had been left empty plenty of times with a long wait between refills, no apology when our orders were incorrect. We came here with a certificate. I think that irritated her as well, seemed like she didn’t know what to do with it. It’s a shame our gratuity was already added to our bill because I would have gladly given her 10% and not felt bad about it at all. Avoid this place if possible

Honkey Wonkey. Great place to watch a sports game or sit at the bar. The set up of of this place was great. The hostess and waitress left a lot to be desired. They were young and just didn’t care. They were dressed all«1980s band» but were snobs. Eh… it makes for an Eh experience. We sat in a booth, Gus sat in a booster, which he is still mastering and we ordered a spinach dip thing that was ok, the chips were seasoned(which I am not the biggest fan of). And I ate some salmon which was ok. Nothing fabulous. Hubby had Sloppy joe type sandwich and he said it was ok. Eh… I had better.

After reading the mixed reviews of my fellow Unilocalers, I was a little leery about going here but in that the Cadillac Ranch Annapolis location just opened in June, I definitely decided to give it a try for dinner. I came here with a friend of mine. Earlier that day we had spent in downtown Annapolis and had an excellent lunch experience at Pusser’s on the waterfront in the Marriot hotel. AMBIANCE: I liked having the option to either eat in the dining room which had booths or tables, at the bar, or outside in the patio. The restaurant had a number of flat screens with some type of sports show on strewn throughout the restaurant but it wasn’t obnoxiously loud where I would have to shout my order to the food server. I felt very relaxed, and our food server Josh was very personable, friendly, and had a pleasant disposition.(It also didn’t hurt that he was easy on the eyes .) He offered a number of recommendations, and checked on us throughout our meal. I also had the opportunity after dinner to speak with the manager, Dathon, who has a background in culinary arts. Both do care about their customers’ needs and they know how to show it. FOOD: I ordered a cup of the Maryland Blue Crab & Vegetable Soup. It was wonderfully presented at the table; the steaming hot vegetable soup was poured over a shallow bowl containing deep-fried crabmeat and corn kernels. After my first spoonful, I knew this is what I had been waiting for this all day. Kind of like when you come home from a hard day at work and take a sip of bottled ice cold beer. The soup was spot on! It was simple yet flavorful, aromatic, properly seasoned and not the least bit salty. I would say this is not only a creative dish, but one I highly recommend and worth coming here for. It really was enough to be a meal. While my dinner partner ordered the prime rib special($ 19.95) which came with mashed potatoes and sautéed french green beans, I had the baked half-chicken($ 14.95) with steamed broccoli florets and loaded baked potato with crunchy bacon bits, butter, and sour cream. The entrees came out hot, plentiful, and well-seasoned. I tasted a piece of the gigantic prime rib and it was ridiculously melt-in-your mouth tender. It was savory, and I could detect flavors of garlic and rosemary. The chicken was moist and the accompanying drizzled butter lemon sauce was quite flavorful. OVERALL: We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience from the time we walked in. When I am in Annapolis again, I will definitely make a stop here. Please ask for Josh, and he will treat you right. Also be sure to personally give Dathon your dining feedback(he reviews Unilocal) as he appreciates hearing comments – negative or positive.

The verdict is in. As far as atmosphere is concerned the place rocks, 2 huge bars, big booths, very cool outside area with gas fire pit, and a mechanical Bull. Now for the rest of the story. The food is average at best and expensive for what it is. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich, full of pork, but it tasted like it could have came from Sams club. My kids got the Chicken fingers, like all kids do, and they actually tasted like nothing, if nothing had a taste. I had a steak salad and I must say it was good not great but good.
The beer is $ 5:50 a bottle which is crazy, and like someone else said, I cant believe they don’t have draft beer. It also looks like the wait staff is run mostly by kids, we saw several of them worried more about text messaging their friends than waiting on the patrons. We probably wont be going back anytime soon
