Crosswinds at Annapolis Towne Centre

As someone who has lived here for 2 years, I was hoping to write a better review for this building, but unfortunately the negative reviews about management are correct. The constant passive aggressive emails and accusations from the staff make you feel like you’re living with a bad college roommate. It is a dog friendly building, but you wouldn’t know it given the attitude and snide comments from your fellow neighbors when you get on the elevator with your dog. Besides the great maintenance staff (who is extremely friendly) it is the most unwelcoming environment I’ve ever lived in.
The fact that you can hear your neighbors every move is a big issue. We were actually asked by the management office to remove our shoes in our own apartment building because the neighbors below us can hear us getting ready for work in the morning. The matter in which it was handled was so unfortunate we’re moving out — as have many others for the noise itself, which is a structural issue. For the money you dish out for rent in a place like this, I expected to be treated a lot better. To boot, the apartment building’s car garage is open to the public (although there’s one side you have to buzz to get in?) so you’re likely to drive around aimlessly trying to find a spot on a daily basis. This has always baffled me. You lost a few good tenants with this one, Bozzuto.

I lived here for a year. It truly feels like classy hotel living. I loved my time here. Is it pricey for the small space? Yep but all high end finishes, great personnel that are always around to help. You really don’t have to worry about much of anything. Super convenient fun lifestyle. Everything in the Towne Centre right there for you. It’s awesome.

The big issue is the management ignores legitimate issues
such as unlimited and unannounced apartment entry by staff. My unit was entered twice by
maintenance staff even though I requested in writing that they wait until I was present. A third time a crew entered, used the phone and left. Management was advised and made excuses for the staff still has not corrected the problem as it continues and my unit was once again entered recently for a fourth time in spite of a written request that I be there. Too bad. Great place but poor security ruins it all.

I had an excellent experience living in the Crosswinds at Annapolis Towne Centre. It is definitely expensive, and the maintenance and leasing team made a few minor mistakes over the course of my 7 month stay, but overall, I had an excellent experience. Hats off to Tara Ryan and her team.
