Beyond terrible. Once were very good. Last 6 months, I have had numerous cancellations, billing issues, terrible customer service and poor cleaning when they do finally show up. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

after using this service company for a while, i am left with three stained blinds, one broken one and no timely resolution for either. the young woman who cleans every other week is very pleasant, but did show up once ahead of the agreed upon cleaning time, making getting up and out in the morning a little uncomfortable. overall, i give the company two stars for level of service.
