Have used First Class Plumbing a few times and highly recommend them! Professional and friendly attitude, explain the problem and recommendations well. Always leave the area neat and clean. Good and fair prices.

I did get a call from Mike, one of the owners after I posted this. We spoke about what happened and he requested the invoice from the company that did complete the job right. Still haven’t received any reimbursement and I haven’t heard from him since. I hope to hear back for him or someone at the company.

Waited for Mike to come today to replace our sewage pump downstairs. My husband called to check his status and was hung up on. No call back, no show. I’m glad I didn’t have to take the day off from work to wait around.

After not have such a great experience with them and leaving a review for them on Unilocal.One of the owners mike called me, to apologize and correct the problem. Thanks Mike, thomas came out and repaired the sink that was leaking and repaired the tiny leak, where they had put the pipes in. Now everything is working great. Wish you guys the best. I called them to get a quote on installing a new hot water heater, evening looking at expensive options like a tankless one that would require them to run gas to the house. I never heard from them and when I called to follow up, the person seemed very surprised that someone had not responded with a quote and that he would get right back to with me it. I never heard from him again. This is even after I said I really wanted to work with them, becuase my significant other had worked on some projects with the founder. They advertise themselves as a women owned company to differeniate themselve in the market, but they opperate no differently than any other contractor. You better off going to her father’s company, Magnolia Plumbing.

After calling countless plumbing companies across the Metro DC area I finally decided on First Class Plumbing. They not only gave me one of the cheapest rates of the day, but I found a $ 10 coupon on their website. Sold! They were able to get someone out here within the hour and cleared my drain in under 20 min. Everything is working great, I have a 6 month guarantee in hand, and the staff — both in person and on the phone — were courteous and extremely helpful with my questions. I will certainly be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!
