Don Abel at Town Center Annapolis made a believer of me. To the very last opportunity to turn my new Galaxy phone back., he worked over and over to make it manageable for me. Customer Service is hard to come by at this level. He made all the difference.

This store is the best. I refer anyone phone shopping to them. I have been so happy with the service each time I need a phone, have a question or problem. They always are happy and helpful and very knowledgeable about the product.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and only used Verizon company owned stores. I had heard some good things about GoWireless and since my contract was up for renewal, I thought I would compare a company owned store and a retailer. I’m glad I did.
Both stores offer the same telephones and mobile devices. But there is a difference and a big one. The customer service at GoWireless is superior to the company owned store. GoWireless employees offer attention to detail and looking out for the best option for the customer. They got me the best Verizon plan that the Verizon owned store didn’t even offer me. They even saved me money on my mobile phone insurance. And that insurance came with additional benefits and software that Verizon’s didn’t. So if you are contemplating getting a new mobile device, upgrading or your contact is up for renewal, my advice would be to go to GoWireless at Annapolis Towne Center. You will be glad you did.
