It was my experience that the staff and doctors were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Watt was wonderful. He actually listened to me, and was attentive to my concerns. The whole experience was informative, and relaxing! Dr. Watt explained everything to me and took his time so that I understood what he would be doing. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing retina help.

Office staff and doctors were rude. Never again. Office refused to copy records quickly for an emergency even though I offered to pay for the service. Doctors told patient with no preparation he would never read again, there was nothing they could do and abruptly left the room. When asked for letter to help e get time off work to help patient I was refused.

This was my first and hopefully last visit to Retina Associates. But I say that in the best way possible!
I telephoned Retina Associates at 3PM on a Wednesday and they gave me an appointment at 830AM on Thursday. I appreciated their responsiveness to my suspected medical situation.
The location is easy to find and parking couldn’t be better, even for my oversized pickup truck. The parking garage attaches directly to the medical building. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better setup.
Upon my arrival there were no crowds, no waiting, no overbooking. Every aspect, from intake paperwork by Kelli, to initial examination by Ibrahim, through to the retInal exam by Dr. Watt, was handled with great efficiency while maintaining a warm, human touch. Those who expect a cup of tea and some genteel southern charm from Dr. Watt may find him somewhat brusque, but I appreciated his straightforward manner. I’m there to save my eyesight, not make friends. And we did take a few minutes to despair about the situation of Big Ten football.
I can recommend this health provider without reservation!
