Star Hobby

I should have written this review last year after I purchased a train for my son. This business is nothing short of amazing. I a day and time when family owned, customers come 1^st, business are on the decline, Star Hobby is truly a STAR. Yesterday I went to buy a model rocket for my 7yr old. I had two 10 yr olds with me as well. They were all over the place… they were greeted with smiles. We looked at all the options for model rockets and my son asked about helicopters. We got all those? s answered. They remote control airplanes. Spent time talking about that as well.
We chose a small drone. The gentleman helping us, one of the owners, didn’t push us in any direction, but did guide me in the best options for a your guy. He truly wanted us happy MORE than the sale. Incredible! Anyway, my debit card didn’t work and they stayed open for me to hit an ATM and return. I am sure they saw the look on my sons face thinking we would walk away with nothing. They even threw in a «birthday present» for my son, an extra battery because he know my boys would «take turns» and when they did, an extra battery would reduce down time. I will return to Star Hobby for all of my needs and sing their praises to all that I know.
