Lone Star Steakhouse

Just left the steakhouse. Ordered a ribeye medium rare. It came out well done and tasted like liver. The manager came out to ask about it and admitted that it didn’t smell right to her either. She asked if I wanted anything else. I didn’t. Left hungry, oh well.

The «fall off the bone» ribs were pathetic. I couldn’t eat them and sent them back. It was like trying to eat rubber. Got the salmon instead — not bad. The hamburger steak was dry even with the sauce. The waitress was very friendly. Don’t go on Sunday — they run out of supplies.

Horrible service from the sever during lunch. Ordered basic menu items and took 45 minutes to get. Figured out that if you don’t know the wait staff personally, you don’t get decent service or food. Go elsewhere if you want a good steak or salmon, it’s not worth the price.

Resturant was super packed and they were having kitchen issues. Waiter apologized every time he walked by my table. Food finally came out and was good as always. Waited for my check and waiter said it was on the house. Very impressed. Managers were super professional.

Very friendly service staff. I was greeted immediately, sat at bar since I was dining alone. The bartender was quick to recognize me, very polite and friendly.
Took my drink order and asked if I would like warm bread to start. The bread was good and warm. The ceasar salad was dressed properly, good flavor with shredded parmesan. Had a bacon wrapped sirloin with mashed potatoes. The steak was a perfect medium rare with a good sear on both sides. Potatoes were more chunky style than creamy and had good flavor.
Overall, there is nothing I can say they xould improve on. It was a very good dinner service and meal. I would definitely recommend.

Although I was not expecting much when I entertained the idea of eating at a franchise restaurant. I was expecting to have a decent meal, a cold beer and a somewhat fast dining experience.
The dining experience was very slow, although the workers were personable and friendly they were really confused as to what was going on.
The waitress was very nice and accommodating, however as I ate my meal I discovered an expiration date mixed in with the mashed potatoes. I pointed it out to one of the servers and he said it’s not a big deal our mashed potatoes come in a big bag and it usually has the expiration date on the bag it must have mistakenly got onto your plate. He apologized and said he would speak to the manager.
After 20 mins he said the manager would come talk to me about my experience. She/​he never came to talk to me, I finally waved down my original server and she said she was taking it off the bill and was apologetic about the manager not coming over. Steer clear of this place, it’s not worth the unexpected items you may find in your meal.

This place has good food, slower than average service, and clean facilities. May return in the future, but there are better places to eat on the area.

I can’t believe how expensive this place is for the quality of food they serve. I had macaroni and cheese as a side and it was actually Kraft macaroni! Not a huge fan of the stuff, but it definitely should have tasted better than however they prepared it. The spinach and artichoke dip recommended by our waitress was very salty. Service was not amazing but the waitress seemed busy, so maybe she had too many tables.

Lonestar has came a long way the last year or so! We have become regulars because of the exceptional service and amazing food. The food has been cooked perfectly every time we have been lately!

We celebrated my nephew 22^nd bday!!! The Hostess was great & we had a very attentive server, considering they had a full house. Did a great job on our steaks, EXCELLENT! Have been before & will continue. Great service! Thanks!

After posting this review, I went to the company website and Facebook page. I posted my concerns to receive a Facebook response that they had received my message from their website and I would be contacted soon. It has been a month and as expected I have received no response from Lone Star.
