We went in on a Sunday night around 7pm and they were out of almost everything. We ordered something with potatoes in it, and all you could hear was the manager(I think) yelling, «we are out of potatoes! Go get them from the freezer!» It took another five minutes for someone to grab the potatoes and then heat them up. When I finally got mine, there was a hair in it. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes(no exaggeration) for my order to be completed because they were out of cinnabon things. I was not the only one waiting for food, most people in the actual restaurant waited longer than 10 mins to receive their orders. The entire time I stood up front and waited, the manager kept yelling for someone to grab more cinnabons from the freezer, for someone else to locate a woman’s order, and for another person to do something else, I’m not really sure what. I know that Taco Bell isn’t a fine dining establishment and that there are certain standards that therefore don’t necessarily apply, but Taco Bell is supposed to be fast food. I have never gone into one and had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. If I had the time, I would have gone somewhere else.
