Jack In The Box

This place sucks! After requesting fresh fries they were cold I didn’t get a straw and no napkins in the bag! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible. I come to the location every week cause it’s close to my house and the order is never right. The service is horrible and they are slow. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches tonight and I get home and they gave me basic cheeseburgers. They did charge me for chicken sandwiches so how did I get the wrong food. A time before that I ordered two large meals with no sauce on them and I get home and I got one fry and they were drenched in sauce. Yet I got charged for the full meals. Won’t be returning.

Normally love jack in the box this time I have to say these people need work my sriracha burger the bread was soggy the tomato as hard as a rock I couldn’t bite into it I won’t be returning

Late night the sprinklers will tag you if you are eating in the drive through. Food was hot and they didn’t mess up my order.

Slow drive thru is a under statement here but when they are busy you’d think your fries would at least be warm. Not the case here. Cold fries with a side of mediocre burgers. Most fast food places struggle with the concept of good service and quality food and jack in the box with all their teen marketing falls in the category of bad food for the masses.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 hours then i asked them for a cheeseburger with no cheese they gave me a hamburger wtf?

Never going here again, a certain male employee here is really rude and snappy. Had something happen in the drive thru today with some people who were in front of me and stalling for no reason and the employee ® went off on me. Waited about 30 minutes when only 3 people were in front of me. I have been going here for over a year about every week or other week and now I’m done, thank you very much.

They’ve gotten better about giving you the right order and their customer service seems to have improved a little. I still check my bag just in case, but I haven’t had a screw up in a while. Must be under new management.

Came here for a quick snack. For some odd reason they always shortchange me, wrong order, etc. I used to think «Hey maybe they’re overworked and it was probably an accident». But no, there is far too many problems happening in this joint.

I don’t know who is giving these people 5 stars but if I tried to pull these folks’ number from google maps with Unilocal and the number is disconnected and then the same from yahoo the official jack in the box website makes me wonder why it’s disconnected:(
Anyways I ordered a chicken sandwich (added jalapeños) meal small and other stuff came home no jalapeños no fries :(…
Not the first time:
1. Food is cold
2. Wrong orders (enough times to start noticing)
3. Very slow service.
4. Can’t complain about order cause the number is disconnected.
Now don’t get me wrong I love jack in the box and their chicken sandwiches that’s why the 2 stars but some one really needs to clean that place up.

These people are idiots. We ordered 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and 1 jalapeño ultimate cheeseburger none of which had bacon or jalapeños the jalapeño one was supposed to have ranch but instead it had mayonnaise I can’t have mayonnaise it makes me extremely sick and I told them that when I called then I called back and got put on hold for almost thirty seven minutes just to get hung up the fuck I look like and then I Drive thru and then try to tell me that they can’t replace it because I don’t have the name of the manager that I talk to because I was hung up on. The big ass Mexican lady that was at was at the WI do was extremely rude, as was most of the crew working today. They don’t make any of the orders right so I suggest you just drive on through to the next one.

Despite its difficult location, this place used to have good quality food and friendly customer service. Now it’s lost all that.
First time I noticed the problem, went there for lunch and ordered the fajita pita. Instead of receiving properly prepared food, I received the foil wrapper with a pita inside only to have all the ingredients shoved barely in the pita. Plus, the onions were still raw and freshly oiled with butter. Someone apparently forgot how to grill onions.
Figured it was a one time flook and gave them another chance through drive-​thru a few weeks later. (Wish I opened the food before going home)
Sourdough Grilled Chicken Club Combo:
Bread was burnt black
Chicken over cooked
Lettuce was old and yellowed
Curly fries were chewy and cold.
Plus they forgot one of the drinks we ordered and I had to get someone’s attention to look back towards the window.
A flook I can handle, but this is borderline food safety.
Not impressed anymore…

Good stuff and always fresh. It’s fast food, cheap and gets you full if you’re hungry.

Went to this place really late 2 in mourning, ordered a BLT w/​cheese sandwich went home and ate it…
started feeling tummy pains… waited and waited and waited for it too pass… ended up with no sleep and in the fetal position the whole night! in excruciating stomach pains all day, couldnt hold anything down, throwing up, on the tiolet, feeling disgusted
i have nothing against this place and i used to go here alot because its near my home but never again, the torturous, painful stomach made my decision clear, never again!
this was the first thing i ate all night, i was starving when i ordered this therefore this was the only result of the grueling and peircing pains.

Well its fast food, and it tastes great. Never have to wait long at this Jack in the Box.
