Most of the staff are very nice, quick to help out and are willing to give advice and even help u with quick stuff such as install a wiper or replace a bulb.

Horrible customer service, I came at 8:03 the open sign was still flashing and I come to the door and the guy says he’s closed and all I needed to do was pick up my battery, so I had to spend the night in my freezing car because this guy didn’t have the heart to open the door and give me my battery that I left to charge there. I’m never going to this store again, I’m either going to a different O’Reilly or going to auto zone. Can’t believe such people work here, plainly stated…, heartless

I have to say that not only is the management is wonderful, BUT SO IS THE STAFF!!! I have met Robert outside O’Rielly… and he was always professional and friendly… I have also visited this location recently with various car problems. No matter who was working any day, they all upheld a high level of professionalism and integrity. I was especially impressed when I brought in a power steering pump housing completely unassembled, and a worker there helped me walk through the pump disassembly, reassembly and other important info… I was blown away!!! These people really care about you and want your business! They will go the extra mile, and then some to get your car working at it’s best! As a automobile novice, I salute these folks! No body wants car problems, BUT EVERYBODY wants someone with affordable and knowledgeable answers!

They have very I helpful and friendly staff here. I come here for the quick part sometimes or even some advice a d they are always very eager to help me out. I only buy my parts from Napa for a good reason but for tools and other goodies I come here. If I’m in the area I trust these guys will take good care of me and get me the right tool I need.
