May have or probably would have rated three star! Only one problem, and that if this right location, right aea! It across from a church on Elkhorn Boulevard/Road/Street/Avenue! Theer was a funeral(he had reached age 68 maybe two weeks before, by looking at the program)! I not family member, I figure a twenty from A T M should be enough! Remember, this on a Sunday in March, maybe between 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I realize some states such KANSAS, The Sunflower State any non essentials are closed Sundays! Non essentials, hospitals and hotels stay open, restaurants, movie houses, stores, pet stores, do not! However this is CALIFORNIA, The Golden State! I try the door, is locked! Nearby grocery store, «Ma’am, they been closed down two month or three month now!» Just writing to warn people, any comments on this if me see they in Sacra, I writing under as compliments to warning them! Teh person from Reno Nevada, I skip them, they probably no be back, but people from Sacra California I writing to warn them! Think whatever first Monday in April, out curiosity, try call what I think is telephone number! Got that usual of «THENUMBERYOUHAVECALLED,» so maybe they are for sure closed down! If you read my of Smokin Joe’s Barbecue in Sacra, day I called they were closed down(at least at that time), yet actually did get a person and not«THENUMBERYOUHAVECALLED!»

It has been a very long time since I have been to this what I thought was a «great» Chinese food place. I recently went there, and it was TERRIBLE! The food was very cold when we got it, the do not accept debit/credit cards, only cash, and the customer service wasn’t that great either. Had a completely terrible experience and I don’t think I will ever go back.

I loveeeee the food here-haven’t dined in yet. I’ve only ordered for delivery quite a few times now and I must say, it’s fast, hot, fresh & o sooooooo good! This place is soooo yummy! & the delivery service is an added bonus. Where else can u get chinese food delivered right to your door?! There’s a $ 25 minium order for delivery(I believe), small delivery fee & cash only for this service. For the convenience & prompt service, it’s totally worth it. & Don’t forget to tip the delivery person for the great service!!!

This is the best Chinese place in the area. I can’t say much for their dining as my fiancée and I typically get it to go but their food is delicious. The service for take-out is good and pretty fast. We recently tried the cream cheese puffs for the first time and they are so good. The portion sizes of their rice and chow mien are adequate but the portion sizes on their main dishes are quite small for the price.(hence the 5th star missing) We also tried their Kung Pao Shrimp and we were disappointed in the amount of shrimp we got for the price we paid. We will still order food from here regardless since everything else seems to be delicious, just not seafood. One last thing, they don’t accept card! Fine with me since there is a BOFAATM in the same parking lot but maybe a problem for others.

I’ll never go here again. Paid $ 9 for a portion that barely covered the bottom of the plate. Had only a few pieces of chicken and I know broccoli is not that expensive.

My most favorite Chinese food ever. Great prices and everything we have had we love. Especially the coconut chicken, chow mein and happy family. Not on menu, but a special. The honey garlic pork. OMG.

WOW! I’m so excited to find a yummy restaurant near home! Spicy chicken was the big winner followed closely by pork fried rice! A new favorite for sure!

Decent food, terrible customer service, and worse business practices.

Let me start by saying the food is actually quite good. However it’s way overpriced and they don’t seem to care at all about their customers. More than once they have randomly been closed for no apparent reason and recently they switched to cash only. The cash only thing was the final straw. I am ok with overpaying a bit for delivery as long as it’s good. Cash only though? What kind of delivery restaurant only accepts cash?! That kind of kills the convenience of having food delivered if you don’t have cash on hand. I’ll be looking for another Chinese food place that delivers in the area as between randomly closing or not answering their phones and now only accepting cash they have lost my business. It sucks because their food is really quite good.

Tried them for the first time. Okay food. A bit dry and smaller portions for the price. Staff very friendly.

Great food! Thanks for the recommendation. Definitely will return. And they offer delivery! Awesome :) You should know they accept cash only. Which is fine. Just a heads up. Everything was so yummy.

We’re not sure why, but Palace One is now«cash only.» We had a previous disappointment after our first visit: the restaurant was supposed to be open until 9 pm, but when we arrived at 8:15 pm, we were told that they were no longer seating dine-in customers. It would have been nice if they had stated this policy. What a shame. :(

Yumm. The lunch special was fantastic. The waitress was awesome, she kept our water glasses full and gave us free cheese puffs and free tea. Just because she forgot to bring the tea out with the food. How sweet! I had Szechuan fish and my boyfriend had orange chicken both delicious. The music was also good and the booth seats were comfy. Also they have these fun placemats where you can see your animal year and its traits, which is a cool conversation starter. All in all I had a good time and a great experience.

Me and my boyfriend are definitely regulars here ! The food is always good and never takes too long to be served. Love the dinner plates, they never skimp on the food ! Although it’s not the best wonton soup I’ve ever had it wasn’t the worst and their other food definitely makes up for it. Oh and the wings are awesome !

Sesame Chicken– 4.3 stars Coconut chicken, chow mein and fried rice– 4 stars Kung poa chicken, broccoli beef, and Mongolian beef– 3.7 stars General chicken and sweet and sour chicken– 3 stars(note to self don’t order again) Egg rolls are half the size of most and are mostly wrapper– 2 stars All in all, I would come back here for some lunch specials($ 5.95 but their on the small side) and the dinner combinations are a joke at $ 10.95 even if they come with two meats, because it was still a laughable portion and I got more rice in the lunch special. So I’ve been to almost every Chinese joint in Citrus Heights and Roseville and this place is right up their with the best as far as quality goes but the quantity is lacking.

Placed an order for delivery. 3 combination plates. 2 chow mein/general chicken and 1 chow mein/orange chicken/Kung pao chicken. What I got was shocking. Both general chicken plates had only 6 tiny pieces of chicken(pictured) and the Kung pao orange chicken plate had tiny pieces of chicken as well and they removed half the chow mein from the plate. I paid $ 40 and am seriously regretting not going to TAco Bell instead. Huge waste of my money and super disappointed when all I wanted to do was get a nice meal for my family. Beijing Gourmet is extremely better, unfortunately they didn’t answer their phone and I was stuck with this.

My Journey in finding a local Chinese spot ended here. Located just of 80BUS east 2 blocks down Elkhorn. I tried it out on a friends recommendation. I can say that it was not disappointing. Walking in on a Thursday during dinner time. there was not a single patron in the place. it was nice and quiet with a local radio station playing over the speaker system. The menu was like most chinese places, set up for family style dining, but there were also combo plates and meals for 2 – 7 people listed. the prices are about average. not super expensive. i went with a combo plate and received a choice of soup as an appetizer, and then my plate which was HUGE in food portions. I ended up needing a doggie bag. Phone orders are available for pick up, which is nice if your not in the mood for dining in. the staff is very quiet and attentive. for two people for combo plates that came with soup & cream cheese puffs came to about 27 $.
