We called Appliance Pros early in the morning, before their listed hours and got an immediate call back. Richard came that morning to find out why our refrigerator stopped running. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and had it running again in two days. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable.

Richard at Appliance Pros saved the day when when no one else would. Our refrigerator was leaking water so we had to shut it off. I called the other places in town and they all said they said the soonest they could Come was in 5 days. Richard came the next day on a Saturday and had it up and running in no time. He was friendly, efficient and affordable!

Called Appliance Pro to have a Whirlpool dryer repaired. Scheduled an appointment the next day and was given a window of 10am-​12noon. Richard arrived promptly at 10:00am. Dryer was repaired quickly and runs like new. Repair cost wasn’t bad — certainly way cheaper than a new dryer would have cost. Very happy with service and would recommend Appliance Pros to others.
