Went here when I first arrived and wasn’t very impressed. But a recent experience with my former hairdresser had me seeking out a less expensive option for my fine, curly and colicky hair. a neighbor suggested Veronica.
I went a couple of days later-very happy with my cut! No «wings», hair falls into place with just a wash and comb through and I was impressed with her customer service. Yeah!

I went to cost cutters in Anthem a few months ago. The girl did an excellent job on a color only service. So today I decided to go in for a haircut. I was trying to describe what I wanted and showed several pictures of what I liked. I asked if she could do it. She assured me that she could. Said she has been doing hair for 10 years. So I decided to trust her. Big mistake. She butchered my hair. It is choppy doesn’t blend in at all. I gave her several chances to fix it. Each time she just made it worse. One side of my is framed the other is not. She said she did all she could. She treated me like it was my fault and that she just did what I said. My hair turned out nothing like any of the pictures. So then she tells me it’s because I wouldn’t pay for the 31.00 blow out and style. I have never been treated so rude in hair salon. She charged me full price and told me to call the manager so she could deal with me.

Been here twice. First time was terrible. Today was horrible. Hair cutter first initial K. All she did was try to cut my hair as fast as possible, while answering the phone. As she was cutting you could tell that the shears she was using had not been sharpened in a while. It was more of a pulling than cutting sensation. I paid for shampoo and that was terrible and received no conditioner. Save yourself a bad haircut and go up the road to nearby competitor. Worst haircut ever in Anthem.
