After 2 rather disappointing trips to the FedEx store — that is 20 min one-​way away— I really needed some help. I had to get a replacement phone back to the sender or I was looking at a $ 650+ phone bill next month. Both employees at PostNet Anthem were extremely helpful, friendly, and I feel confident my package is going to get delivered. Sometimes it’s just the little things that make an experience. Thank you so much for your help.

I’ve never seen such horrible customer service as I have when I have been to Post Net. They do not go out of their way to help you find a cheaper shipping rate like most other postal services will. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place.
