Awesome place! My son loves to go in and have«guy time» in the barber shop. Added bonus that Josh also cuts ladies hair. Very clean. Fun environment.

We used to go all the way to Vallejo just for my little boys to get a fresh cut. When we tried out Beto, oh man he’s so great with my boys. They started going here when they were 4 ½ and 2 ½ yrs old. Not only he has the patience for them but he does a great job making designs and cutting their hair. We never have any problems with him at all. He has great customer service and reasonable prices. My husband goes to him as well. You have to make an appointment though but he can tell you what works for you and him. He’s very accommodating.

Uumm, if you’re not a perfectionist, you shouldn’t be a barber(hairstylist, manicurist, makeup artist, etc etc) In short: The barber(Kalon) left our son’s head with a gaping hole and a weird, angled line that was not blended at all — see photo with red circled errors. COMPLETEFAIL What’s worse is that I’m sure he knew what he’d done before we left, but he still took full payment($ 15 for a child) + $ 5 tip, wow huh /////////// Longer version: Took our 11 year old here yesterday for the first time to get a taper and clean up his curls(we usually go to Kel’s, but they were booked). The facility was decent looking and spacious with 3 guys cutting, and about 5 people waiting. I hate walking into a shop as a first-timer and no one speaks, no greeting, no info on their process or wait time, just nothing. *1st indication that all was not well. I’m forced to holler over the music to find out which barber is available next. After waiting a bit, another customer comes in, heads straight for this little whiteboard, and writes her kid’s name… wth? Nobody mentioned that I needed to put our name on any list! Nice, now it’ll take longer. *2nd indication of potential problems. It’s finally our turn, and I hadn’t seen him(Kalon) sanitize his utensils yet, so I ask him to please be sure to spray his clippers before cutting my son’s hair… he laughingly rolled his eyes, as if to say«duh lady of course I will.» *3rd indication that this could go wrong. Did I leave? No, I’m retarded apparently, so that’s what I get for staying… will not be back, obviously!

Kay, Josh, and Bet are awesome! They always give me the best cuts. I completely trust them to give me a great cut. They also shave my beard good.

Ace Of Fades Barber Lounge is a clean and professional establishment with skilled, expierenced barbers. I highly recomend checking this place out. There are comfortable leather couches to sit in while you wait or you can play a quick game of eight ball on their pool table.
