Antioch Best Cab

My experience with Antioch Best Cab was excellent .The Cab is upscale, smooth and comfortable ride. Sam is a good safe driver, a delightful man, polite and friendly, always on time. I will definitely call them again.

Horrible service! My husband and I needed a cab to pick us up from AMC movie theater in Brentwood to take us to our house which is 3 miles away in Brentwood. The driver, who I think might be the owner, wouldn’t turn on the meter. We would have stopped him and gotten out but had been trying to catch an über for 30 minutes and there weren’t any driving so we were stranded. When we got to our house he forced us to pay $ 20! $ 20 for a 5 minute, 3 mile drive. That has got to be illegal! I took a picture of his license to report him. Don’t use this company. Total scam!

I was supposed to pick up my parents from the BART station, their flight was delayed and I had to go to work. I hoped I could get someone short notice to pick them up and take them to their house. I know sometimes there are cabs waiting at the station but heard sketchy things. I didn’t want my elderly parents to be taken advantage of. I called and the driver was very nice and patient. I wasn’t really sure when exactly they were going to be at BART. He said not to worry we had a ball park time and he said just call when you know more. I did and he was waiting for them when they came out. and was able to pick them up and get them home with a very reasonable fare. I would call and use Antioch Best Cab again!

I was stranded in Antioch and had to get back to Pittsburg. No one was available to give me a ride, so I called Antioch Best Cab since it seemed to be the closest. I gave him the address and he told me 20 minutes. He showed up, handed me a bottle of water and off we went back to Pittsburg. The cab was clean and comfortable and I felt safe. I didn’t realize how expensive cab rides are in East County. I found they charge by the mile. About $ 31 later I was back home safe and sound within 20 minutes.
