Do not trust these people! My father was left in an MRI and everyone was closing up to go home when he wandered out looking for help. Doors were locked and his caretaker could not get in to get him. Awful!

Anita is wonderful. She made me feel at ease and turned the monitor so I could see and explained what we were looking at. She was kind and funny and my experience was very enjoyable. The girls at the front were nice and I was seen in a timely manner. I am glad my appointment was made here.

Like the fact that i can just walk in but front staff aren’t very nice. No greeting just get to the point of do you have an appointment or not… the xray techs are very nice though!

This was the first time I have brought one of my children here, however I have been here several times. The staff is always very friendly. The office is clean and well maintained. They have always been very accommodating with scheduling. They take pretty all insurance and there had never been any trouble with getting the results of the procedure. My son’s Primary physician is John Muir medical group and initially referred us to another imaging place in Concord. They didn’t have availability for over week. AMI took us right in. Highly recommend.

AMBER the X-​ray tech totally made this unpleasant experience a little more bearable. Is was unfortunate that their CD burner was down, but other than that it went very smooth. Amber was very good at explaining the procedure, what to expect. She walked me through the whole thing & comforted me. She deserves a raise! Lol but sorry all I can give is 5 stars! :)

Don’t call just before 5pm, they will put you on hold and you get to listen to their damned after hours message loop over and over. Thanks so much for that! Next time just let the damn phone ring. How lazy.

Very courteous staff. Nicest MRI Techs around. Being a Police Officer, it’s nice that my Tech is a wife of an Antioch Officer. One big thin blue line family.

They are realllllllllly hard to find (if you are headed that way, they are behind the oil changers, and in front of the big kaiser building…) The 1st time going here I almost had a nervous breakdown trying to find them (we literally drove around in circles for about 20 minutes… very frustrating). I have been here twice and the staff are super friendly and efficient.
