I live in Antioch and come to this restaurant like every other week and only become more and more frustrated. The line at dinner drive thru around 5:00 is awful! Last week there were no fries. This week I only got 1 sauce when I asked for 2. If you watch the window at the drive thru it actually looks like they only do 1 customer at a time

Arby’s always seems to have things down for me. This particular location seems to have had a nice remodel done to is as it seems up to date, spacious, and new.
The associates are friendly and they even take your name to call it out when your order is ready.
It’s not a super fast place as they seem to put more care into your order and I will wait for care & freshness any day of the week!

Have to agree with the previous reviewer. Clean restaurant and friendly counter staff.
We ordered several items, two of which needed to be fried. Instead of them making our food and then leaving it out until it was cold and our other items were screaming hot, they made our other items just before our stuff came out of the fryer so everything was the right temp. How about that? A place (a fast food place, no less), that pays attention to stuff like that.
If in the area, will definitely return.

It is always refreshing to find a franchised business that takes pride in their image and quality.
I stopped in for a quick lunch today and was greeted with happy, pleasant counter staff and a clean and well cared for atmosphere. This is the first time I’d been to Arby’s in Antioch, but I will tell you I’ll be back if my travels take me through again.
The food was fresh and hot. I’ve had some Arby’s food that looks like it came out of a parking lot — This wasn’t one of those times at all. Food items actually looked like the menu.
Give them a try and tell me if you agree.
