Just spoke to Kathy as I was looking for an indoor place to store my 24′ MasterCraft. Unfortunately they did not have any room for my boat; however, their genuine concern and customer service came through loud and clear over the phone. It’s clear that they really take pride in the level of service they offer to their clients and that they would take care of my boat as if it was their own. Needless to say I’m on a waiting list and hoping that my turn comes up quickly.

I’ve been a customer for about two years now, we have a 27 foot fifth wheel and at the time all of this was a new experience for us. Tom and his staff could not have made things easier for us, we feel like we are part of a community that makes sure our rig is save, prepared to travel and is sincerely interested in our travels when we return. It seems like Tom really likes what he is doing and it shows in his comments and advice that he has gained from his own traveling experience as well as from helping us all out as we discover the things we need to know to be better RV’ers. My wife and I were the 2nd and 3rd customers of Bay Indoor nearly 3 years ago when we went to Australia. We stored a Saab and Nissan there. Tom and Cathleen looked after the cars and if we ever had any questions, we just emailed them and they always responded within 24 hours. I can’t recommend Bay Indoor highly enough.
We recently came back from Australia and when we went to pick up the cars, both started right up, and were detailed! I can’t thank these guys enough for baby-​sitting our cars for almost 3 years. As I mentioned, we were the 2nd and 3rd customers in 2011 and today their facility is full of hundreds of vehicles, RV’s and boats. Their success is because they treat the customer #1. I wish them continued success.

We are new to owning and operating a large RV and have found that Tom and Kathy’s operation has been one of the biggest positives in the whole process. From the beginning we wanted to store our Panther indoors but were afraid it would be too costly and cumbersome. As it turned out, Bay Indoor RV Storage’s rates are very reasonable, especially when you look at the services they provide. They not only move your motorhome in and out when you need it, but when you arrive they also wash it! Tom is a stickler for detail and our coach always looks spotless and well cared for. An RV is a huge investment and if you are thinking about getting one or already own one, we urge you to consider this facility.

We just signed on to store our Allegro Coach with Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage. What a find! Tom, Kathy, Matt and Vicki are so friendly and the facility is amazing. We returned from a trip to leave it for the first time and we had a problem on the way. Tom was ready with suggestions and helpful with regard to repair options. We are confident that, not only will our coach be well-​cared for, but there will be a wealth of shared information through their network. You can tell that they take pride in their business. A super plus is all of the perks that come with your storage fee like washing, tire pressure check, propane filling, etc. Woohoo! This is as good as it gets.

We love Bay Indoor Storage — we have our beloved Airstream there and they take super good care of her. It’s inside, secure, clean and it’s super easy to pick up your rig — just call them ahead of time and it’s waiting in their secure staging lot! I also love that they will fill up your propane tanks and dump your tanks upon request — really handy with our crazy, time stressed lives! They also wash your RV for you and Tom and Kathy are the nicest people ever to work with!

We recently found ourselves looking for a new place to store our boat. We have always stored it indoors and wanted a place that was clean and secure. Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage IS that place! So glad we found them! Tom and Kathy are very friendly and take great pride in providing their customers with that extra care for your Boat or RV.
Being able to call ahead 7 days a week and have the boat clean, tires checked, filled to the proper levels and waiting for us in the secure staging area is invaluable when your looking to get on the road with the family ASAP!

We purchased a new Ellipse 42′ motorcoach and wanted to make sure it was well taken care of. From the moment we walked in to check out Bay Indoor, we knew it was exactly what we were hoping for. Tom and Kathy are just the friendliest people and after talking with them, I knew they would care for our new coach as if it were theirs. The building is very secure, it’s clean and spacious. I love the fact that all I have to do is call and my coach will be «staged» out front, washed and tire pressures right where I asked for… ready for us to take off on our next great adventure! All this with Tom and Matt greeting you with a BIG smile on their faces.
We too HIGHLY recommend Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage… if you care about your RV or boat, this IS the place to keep it. No doubt about it!

Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage IS THE BEST!!! We bought our 5th Wheel last summer (brand new) and did not feel comfortable with our 1st outdoor storage facility… dirty, very hard to back into tight space… received a postcard in the mail from Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage w/​photo of the facility… we didn’t even know it existed!!! My husband went to «check it out» & met the owner, Tom… he was blown away by the cleaniness, 24 hr. security system & the «valet» service… among other services i.e. battery & propane check, tire pressure check, detailing… WOW!!! It is soooo nice to arrive after a long drive home from a trip & to just let Tom «park it» with his fork-lift…it is very comforting to know that our investment is well protected from the elements & most of all by vandalism that occurs at most of the outdoor facilities!
We highly recommend Bay Indoor RV & Boat Storage!!! The owners are the BEST!!!

Love love love this business and the owners too! Plenty of space for our boat especially since we have a larger than normal trailer. We went with them because we want to keep our beautiful boat indoors, protected from the outside elements of weather, etc. The space is perfect as it affords plenty of space to make those wide turns that is needed when manuevering a large trailer. Cant say enough about the friendly and professional owners. It is so nice to keep our boat in a facility along with other well kept boats and RVs.
