We hired Mark to put in new floors and counters in our kitchen. We were impressed by his knowledge, expertise and personal service. The work turned out beautifully! His crew did outstanding work in installing new quartz counter tops and hardwood flooring. We would recommend Mark without reservation to anyone.

They really came through in a crisis. I HAD to get the carpet done on a certain day because we are putting the house up for sale. The carpet supplier messed up but Royal and his team really pulled through. They were there the same day, worked really hard and got the job done. What would have been a nightmare turned out to be a very good experience. I would recommend to anyone!

My home was going to be listed for sale and I needed to fix my laminate flooring. I checked Unilocal,found a few candidates and called. Some of them only do new flooring and are not willing to repair. I did get 3 quotes. DC Floor provided one of the best quotes, listened to my needs and did their best to fix my flooring ASAP from their already busy schedule. The repairing work is excellent and all of them from the owner to the installers are professional & polite. If you need flooring installation or repair I highly recommend DC Flooring.

They did a great job. Very professional, detail orientated, personable, and patient (couldn’t decide on stain color). They removed carpet from my office added wood and then sanded and stained our existing wood
kitchen and family room and added new base boards Plus, moved out all the furniture and moved back in all all the furniture; and they did it in the time they said they would and were on time every morning. Would highly recommend. The floors turned out GREAT!

DC FLOORS recently restored my red oak hardwood floors, which had really shown their age, with some water damage, missing pieces, and the deep yellow cast of a really old, neglected finish. But with David and George’s expert handling and hard work, they were quickly transformed and now look like completely new floors! I am preparing my house to sell, so the work all had to be top-​notch and affordable – and it was.
Mark Cabrera worked hard to give me the best price for this job and was always available to address all my questions and concerns along the way.

What a fantastic team! First off you should know that I am very picky and focused on the details (in other words hard to please) and these guys did awesome!
I had DC Floors refinish half my house (~1,000 square feet) to match new hardwoods we purchased thru them for the remainder of the home. Here’s why these guys rock:
— VERY FAIR ESTIMATE. they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive but were a tremendous value for their price
— GREAT COMMUNICATION… Mark is the guy who does all of the coordination, bidding, etc. and he’s always just a quick text away. Even when he’s busy he’ll immediately let you know and get right back to you.
— GENUINELY CARE… Mark arranged for me to visit a flooring store with the rep they normally use to help me pick out my hardwoods for the remainder of the home (talk about going above and beyond!) Throughout the whole refinishing the process it was very evident they all had the mindset of making sure I was happy, even if that meant a little extra work for them. When matching the stain David was very patient as I asked him to try a few different combinations and even showed me how the stain would differ on the different boards and rooms /​lighting!
— VERY RESPECTFUL… never assumed they could use part of my garage to store their stuff and asked first.
— VERY KNOWLEDGABLE… David was able to clearly explain the different sanding, sheen finishes and stain colors and how they would best match what I was looking for
— GREAT AT SETTING REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS… David always explained what they were doing, what to expect next, etc. and I felt very informed thru out the whole process
The icing on the cake?
The day after they were done Mark came back out to walk me thru the house, ensure I was satisfied, discuss proper care of the floors (which was great because it’s not what we all think it is!) and even gave me a cleaning kit!
I’m sure you are going to get a few bids to see what options you have but do yourself a favor and don’t just go for the lowest bid. Trust me… these guys will take care of you for a very fair price and give you the peace of mind that you have a worthwhile investment that will have you happy for years to come!

Excellent work, service was excellent, the floor looks great. My neighbor liked the work so much he is going to have his floors done.
