Driversity Driving School

My kid had a few behind the wheel sessions there and let me tell you how awesome these folks are! From the coordination for scheduling to the behind the wheel everything was professional and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Poor customer service! Instead of trying to find a solution you bash your customer by falsifying information. When i spoke to the representative I was calm and waited for a call back which i never recieved. Then I get a message from staff being extremely unprofessional. Its unbelievable how they treat their customers. I bully the staff? When its clear in my screen shots thats whats being done to me. Blows my mind.

If I could I would have given Driversity Driving School a –0. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked her questions about my son’s appointment and lessons she got frustrated and she called me a B**** and hung up.
My personal opinion is this place is not a professional establishment.

Driversity is a cool place with chilled out instructors. If you have a teen and live in the area, check it out!

I took all my driver’s training at Driversity. The instructors are very kind and patient. Thanks to Royce for her help in setting up my class times and lessons. I am telling all my friends to go to Driversity here in Antioch

Great service, friendly people. My 16 year old took the classroom driver’s ed class over two weekends, took the DMV written exam the following Saturday and he easily passed on the first try. The instructor was very methodical, patient and fun according to my son. We’re ready to start the ‘behind the wheel’ portion of training this week. I highly recommend Driversity.

My daughter has taken all three of her in car driving lessons with Kathy from the Antioch office. She has had a wonderful experience and we have been able to see vast improvement in her skills and comfort following lessons. The website is easy to use and has made the process very convenient.

WORST CUSROMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED — from the OWNER. One star because ZERO is not an option. I would recommend ANY other driving school besides Driversity. I scheduled an apt from 7 – 9 p.m. for my 16 year old — this would be his second behind the wheel lesson with Driversity. I received a confirmation from both Joseph (the instructor) and the office. Joseph showed up over 20 minutes late with no phone call to let me know he was running late due to traffic or any other excuse. Had he called, I would have cancelled the drive. I was already questioning the 7 – 9 schedule on a school night. When Joseph finally arrived, he was not apologetic. He then charged me $ 5 more than shown on my confirmation ?? I asked if there was a discount since he would be starting 30 minutes late. He replied, «No, I’ll just have him drive the full 2 hours and return at 9:30.» Oh — kay… They drove off. My son called me at 9:20 p.m. stating they were in Pittsburg. OMG! They are heading home. Fantastic. They arrived about 9:50 (thank God!) and then had some discussion in the car. My son came in the door around 10 p.m. — maybe later. This is not OK with me. I called the next day and spoke with Kay, who told me she was the manager. She informed me I’d have to speak with the owner. David, the owner, called me back and I told him my story. He was completely unsympathetic. He had no idea why I was upset. «Did your son return home?» Well, hmm-​I was expecting a bit more customer service. I expected perhaps, a discount & apology for this disaster. He didn’t even apologize. He said the instructor was late due to traffic and doesn’t use the phone. I thought that was an excellent opportunity to show the student in the car that you should pull over and let someone know you’re running late. The dollar amount difference was a clerical error — oops, I guess was his response. Really!!!
If ALL you are looking for is your son/​daughter to return from their driver’s training, this may be the right choice for you. Although, I would bet they don’t guarantee that either.
If you expect good customer service, this is not the place. When things go wrong, you find out what a company is about. This was handled extremely wrong, in my opinion. David had the opportunity to right things and chose differently. What a horrible business decision.
