Dunkin’ Donuts

It’s always a hit and miss every time I visit this location for coffee or some donuts. It’s located in a Daily’s gas station so that should tell you something. Some days they are busy and understaffed which makes it a pain to order anything here! Sometimes my coffee isn’t the right temperature or taste, I’m not sure if some of the employees even know how to make quality coffee they way it should be! Some employees are nice while some don’t even welcome with a charming personality.
One time I went on a busy morning and just ordered some hot coffee. It was a long wait, I placed in my order and watched all the customers behind me get their orders. I waited 10 min thinking that maybe she forgot about me and I was ok with that, but I knew she saw me but never even asked why I was standing there. So I went ahead and stood in line again… and waited. I was highly irritated that I had to wait so long for coffee!!! Ergh!

Never really been a Dunkin doughnuts fan but I must admit I do love their new Spicy Smoke House Sandwich! OK OK! now down to business.
Customer service is ok, DD is located inside a gas station so its kinda convenient if you wanna pick up some breakfast along with a full tank of gas or soda etc. Like any doughnut shop they offer a wide range of pastries along with a cup of Joe,.nothing special about the coffee just plain.
I shall return because its very close and they have the Spicy Smoke House Sandwich:)!!

It will be a miracle if this place 1. Got an order right the first time or 2. Completed an order with any type of consistency. The last thing I want to do is answer 8 questions about a cup of coffee. If I order a french vanilla iced coffee with milk and sugar, just make that. If I wanted vanilla bean, cream, or extra sugar, i would have ordered that. This location is the worst in the area followed closely by the one in Franklin. These folks really need to get it together.
