I really don’t know where to start. The service is bad and slow. The last time i was there they completely forgot my order and I noticed after about 10 customers go by. I understand mistakes happen so I go again today. This time I looked to see who ordered before me and I thought i will get my coffee after her, surely. Nope, again about 7 – 10 customers get their coffee that came in after me. I speak to a staff member and ask where my coffee is and he said it’s coming. He said they make the brewed coffee first???(I was having an iced Americano), so i point to a guy walking out with an iced drink and said, «what about him? He just walked in and got a drink. THEGUYSAID, «WELLHE’S A REGULARCUSTOMER! ??? REALLY??? THISISTHEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! It always has been. Finally, another server, grabs my cup to make it, stops, puts a pasty in the oven and walks in the back room and doesn’t come out. I had to ask again for my drink. There are so many excellent Starbucks, that i can’t understand why this one doesn’t care about customer service. I’ll never go again. too many excellent Starbucks. The one on Edmondson Pike, the one on Nolensville Road and the one on Murfreesboro Road.. all consistent in giving excellent service.

Not impressed. Small cramped place with inadequate seating. Barista wouldn’t stop talking, which got irritating quickly. However, the coffee was of decent quality and the music was pleasant.

I love this Starbucks! I travel for work, so I go to a lot of Starbucks all over the US& I have to say that this location is one of my favorites! I usually order the same drink but occasionally I want something different. They are always helpful. When I redeem my rewards they are just as helpful & always polite with a smile! My Latte is always perfect too! My drink is a grande triple shot Latte so I know how it should taste. Some locations don’t get it right but this location always gets it right! However, there is one employee who is not as nice and helpful as the others. She wasn’t helpful when my Starbucks app was not working. Not that it’s her job but she acted as if it was an inconvenience when I asked her about it, even though I had my cash in hand because the app wasn’t showing any money. I’ve had the same experience with her on several occasions.

I love these guys! Ask the coffee master(who I think might also be a manager) about saving money with coupons. He’s super resourceful!

Besides being closest to where I live, as well as almost exactly between my house and where I get on the Interstate to go to work, this location cemented me as a customer for life a few years ago. As I arrived at work during a particularly rough morning, I upended my Pumpkin Spice Latte, bought from another location, all over myself. I headed home to change and went into the Hickory Hollow location on my way back to work, lamenting bad mornings and wasted delicious coffee. The barista handed me my Grande with a smile and gave it to me for free. I’ve never had a drink made incorrectly, or had a bad service experience at this Starbucks. I see the Store Manager Malachi almost every time I’m in, working just as hard as his team. Five stars!

The barista was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. Take your money elsewhere. Costumer service here is truly lacking.
