IHOP

This is the worst ihop ive been too… horrible foodvand customer service. I will not recommend anyone going here to eat.

Went with two adults and three kids for breakfast on a weekday, and were seated fairly quickly. The menu was sticky which is a pet leave of mine. It took about 20 minutes to get food. The food quality was below average, a little bland, but IHOP is a favorite of the kids.

By fay the worst IHOP restaurant I’ve been to. Service was TERRIBLE! Server only came by twice. Once to take the order and 2^nd time to deliver the food. Never refilled drinks or asked how everything was. Would definitely not recommend this place and we definitely will never return.

Eaten here twice and had the same waitress both times! She was very good. The second time we ate here was on labor day and the place was packed and you could tell the restaurant was struggling to keep up with the pace. Food still came out hot and great as the first time just took a bit longer. Had sandwiches the first time and excellent. Had omelets and pancakes the second. The only complaint I have is that it kinda smells like dirty mop water. I think they need to replace the carpet because you can tell. Our waitress’ name was Sisi and she was very good, I would give her 5 stars. I hope the manager reads this and gives her recognition for her work.

Just stopped in to get a little breakfast we haven’t eaten at an IHOP in awhile… always like their pancakes, nice variety for breakfast… nice location and it didn’t take long to get seated…

It’s alright. If you go at night the waiters/​waitresses are shy and awkward and they mess up your order a lot but at least they’re nice about it and they’ll fix it politely once you tell them.

Fantastic! Both omelets that were ordered were cooked to perfection. The service was stellar as well. Our server, Crystle, was very attentive to our requests and she was friendly and quick. Best IHOP experience I’ve ever had.

The food was worse than mediocre, service is slow, I found a lot of napkin like debris in my tea. I have honestly had better quality from a .99 cent banquet TV dinner from Kroger. We will not return to the location. With quality like the provide they should go by way of the target once located behind them. The location on Harding place and Murfreesboro road is much better.

The food is decent. However, one night I had came here with a couple of friends, and there was a roach crawling on the table. The waitress was standing there and just slapped it down. (YUCK) I haven’t been back since…

Food was typical, wasn’t bad but just is ihop. Food came out pretty fast and it was hot and cooked to order. Our waitress asked a little upset when we asked for 2 extra plates and a fork so we could share outer food with our children.

Well here goes another sad review on this place. I have avoided eating here for a couple months now that I work in the area but finally gave in when a coworker talked me into it. So here we go, walked in and where sat quickly and greated promptly. I ordered coffee and the server was polite and quick. So we ordered lunch and again pretty good service but a huge mistake was made. The server carrying the food actually placed my plate on top of my coworkers plate. Yes I mean the bottom of my plate was on top of half his omelet. I was taken back when she started unloading the plates on the table. I made my coworker aware and of course you know how excited he was to eat. We only had a short amount of time so he was forced to eat the undamaged portion of his food but if this happens in the public eye what goes on in private? So I will add myself to the long list of people who avoid this place. Sad IHOP should be a pretty safe bet for decent breakfast food.

It was really discouraging for the group behind us to walk out then 15 minutes later their food arrived. When the food arrived, the waitress stated out loud ‘What the fuck?!’ (Very unprofessional)
Service was slow for a Thursday night. The waitress did admit they were understaffed at the time.
Our waitress was very friendly however was quick to cut the check. Our food actually arrived before our drinks did.
More than likely, I will not be returning to this particular location. The interior was clean and neat. The food was delicious.

Get the French toast

Yeah EPIC FAIL. The stars are just cuz they are open 24 hours. The service is so damn slow with no one around and our food came out in 35 minutes at 2 a. m and its pancakes and an omelet. Really how long does an omelet take to be made? And the server we had was just downright inattentive.

Well after my Saturday experience in Franklin (2 stars), I thought I would try the different IHOP on Sunday morning before going to the airport. This IHOP is either new or newly remodeled, very nice interior. The service was good and my food prepared to my liking. Can’t say how it is in other times but for this experience in compared to yesterday’s it gets a big thumbs-​up!

Nice place to go if you have a late night craving for buttermilk pancakes. Prompt seating varies on the time of day. The wait staff is courteous and not pestering you at the inopportune time.

They took a reservation over the phone for 22 people 5 minutes after we walked in on Mothers day. We waited over 30 minutes and they called in the 22 group to take 8 tables. The whole place was packed!
