If I could give this place less than a one star I would. Most chaotic place I’ve seen in a long time. ALL the worker outside scrambling to take order also had he worst attitude I’ve ever seen. The chicken so so disgusting I asked for a refund. I will NEVER to this to myself again. Owner needs to fire everyone there and start over. Thank you Zaxbys for being so friendly.

Well, after the last two failed attempts at a good experience at this place, I decided to review. My first experience, several months ago, it seemed all of the employees were very disinterested in serving customers. I ordered shrimp, and of course, they had to cook them fresh — no surprise, as all LJS’s do this. The worst part was when the employee took the frier basket out of the frier, and hand picked, yes, HAND picked the shrimp out of the basket with bare hands onto my plate. I phoned the comment line on the receipt, and never received a call back. Last week, I was craving some of the new KFC boneless chicken, so I loaded the car, and four of us went to the restaurant. As we walked in, the manager came from the dining room and yelled at the kitchen, «could we stop the employee meeting and help some customers?», and left. Someone appearing to be a new hire, stood at the register to take our order. She was very unprofessional, which don’t get me wrong, is nothing new for a fast food joint, but she subsequently told us we couldn’t order certain things, here and there, when another employee came over, and started pushing buttons and basically talking over her. Strange enough… I ordered some LJS food, a friend the same, and we asked to try the boneless KFC original — they advertised to try it for $ 1.00, so we ordered two pieces(the employee didn’t know what we were talking about, so the hero from behind the counter came to our rescue again). My kids ordered chicken bites, and paid. About 15 minutes later, the LJS plates were out, minus the KFC bites dinners for the kids. I stood at the counter, and they asked«What do you want?» I said we’re still waiting on those bites meals and the boneless chicken. The manager comes out from the office, and said«where is the boneless?» She proceeded to tell us they just dropped them, and they would bring it to our table. About 10 minutes later, the new hire hollered out to the dining room — «Sir!» and pointed to a tray at the counter. I could only assume that was the remainder of our food. Meanwhile, other customers were standing around as well, and seemed very irritated. We asked about the boneless, and again, were told it would be out. shortly. After another 10 minutes, we went to the counter to ask again, only to find out they never started cooking them in the first place. The manager decided to give us a coupon for a buy one get one free boneless chicken, and marked out the buy one part, and signed it. Really? Look, I love LJS and I love KFC for a treat once in a while, but wow, this is a disgrace.
