Lane Bryant

This Lane Bryant is awesome! The associates really so care about their customers! The Pleasanton store was very rude and not helpful. I came to this store and the customer service was superb! Chelsea was really sweet. I will definitely be back to this store, not back to Pleasanton.

They have outstanding service at this location. The stock/​selection is not quite as large as some other in this brand, but respectable. Store was well organized and a pleasure to shop.

This is a nice store located among other stores I really like, so its convenient. This looks like a full sized store that you would find in a mall and not some of the smaller stores you see in strip malls.
The clothing is always great. Its over priced, but thats Lane Bryant. They had a/​c on but both door open so it was pretty hot in there. That didnt quite make sense. Finding help is a no go. You’re on your own which I find ok until you want to pay. I waited almost 10 minutes before getting rung up. There were only 2 employees, one of them being new, and although the new girl saw me standing there said she had to wait for the other girl to help her. I understand that, we all train at some time, but it would have been nice if the other girl actually came over from wherever she was and showed her how to ring me up.
