Drive is so slow. People are friendly. But probably the worst drive thru in the City Of Antioch. McDonald’s in Brentwood is better.

The customer service here sucks and I hate coming here for anything cause it’s down right unhealthy but try telling that to a 4 an 6 year old who are brainwashed by the happy meal lol so I digress. They really need to get it together. It’s ridiculous that one can have a business and let it be ran so sloppily. I promise I will try not to return here.

Not entirely sure how it could take almost 20 minutes to service 3 cars in drive-thru, but this McDonald’s managed that. Not only were they extremely slow, customer service was non-existent. Would only come here out of necessity, will avoid otherwise.

Just finished eating my small fry and McChicken from here. They added cheese to my McChicken when I clearly asked them to please make sure my food was fresh and not left over from the dinner run at 6. Guess I didnt speak well enough or they dont give a fuck. Nice how their receipts dont ask to rate your experience, now I know why I wont be going back there!

I would give this location no stars if I could. One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pulled up to the speaker box and no one ever greeted us or responded. Pulled up to the second window the workers looked at me through the window proceeded to talk then after about a minute finally decided to help us. I told them there was no answer at the box and told me I was wrong and told us they said hold on. Finally took my order and my food I received wasn’t cooked all the way! Worse Mc Donald’s ever and the worst customer service. The night crew was very unprofessional. You should be shut down.

Their food quality is usually subpar but that’s how McDonald’s has always been. It ain’t cheap as a big breakfast with pancakes can cost you $ 7.00 and you probably can get better quality at Denny’s breakfast special. But for a quick and fast bite, you can’t beat it.

I’m not sure how you can screw up fast food but they sure can here. My order 90% of the time is wrong. Why even order I never get what I want. I checked my order and when I’ve told them it is wrong they just look at you like you are crazy. Like I don’t know what I ordered. The last stew for me was it was 105 degrees and I wanted ice cream. I drove into the drive thru and ordered when I got up to pay she said«don’t you know we are out of ice cream»? Umm no I don’t why would I know this?!? There was not a sign up anywhere and I don’t have the inside scoop on mcdonalds to know what is currently in stock and what is not!

Where do I start! I never never get good service at this location. Me and my sister went to get a quick snack and the drive through cashier Stephanie was so rude! You can tell she didn’t want to let us do a second order. And when we got to the window to pay she only took the money for our first order then walked away! And never came back for me to pay my order. So we drove to the second window and told the girl up there what happened! And after the drive through cashier realized we asked for her name she started repeating sorry over again! I don’t care about your sorry! It’s too late for that, she should have been more polite and given better service !!!

The food here usually tastes ok… as long as you don’t really care about what you’re eating. The only thing that’s consistent is the fact that they manage to screw up almost every order. They put it on the screen at the drive thru and they repeat everything back to you, but somehow, in the process of ordering and receiving, the food comes out all wrong. Also, if you’re ordering McNuggets, make sure you check the bag for the sauce you requested… chances are it’s not in there. You’ll have to ask for it before you drive away… along with ketchup and a straw for your drink. My husband has ordered inside at the counter hoping to avoid the confusion, but it apparently doesn’t matter where you place your order. It won’t be right no matter what. We’ll continue to return to this McDonald’s due to it’s convenient location, but let’s hope they start employing people with a little bit of sense. Hell… it’s McDonald’s…who am I kidding?! We’ll just continue to eat there and treat it like an adventure… you never know what you’re gonna get.

I hate this place, but sad to say, I’m a regular here. My last experience sent me flying through the roof with anger. I ordered lunch(a grilled chicken snack wrap, fruit salad, and a small strawberry lemonade), and the cashier gave me the wrong receipt. I didn’t realize it until I looked down and saw two double cheeseburgers on my receipt. I asked the people at the counter what number I was because they gave me the wrong receipt, and they stared at me like I had boogers coming out of my nose. Sure enough, the same thing happened to a few people. How do I know this? Because I saw a grungy dude open what I hoped not to be my paper bag with his hands and peeked inside. Sure enough, it was my food. My violated food. I didn’t care so much because I was hungry. All of this commotion during the peak of the lunch hour where you were elbow to elbow with other starving people. It was mayhem.

Its typical MC Donald’s fare so the only thing that would make it special is the people. Well guess what? They suck. If you go through the drive thru they treat you like they couldn’t care less! I made a comment to the manager who gave me my food and instead of actually asking me to come inside and discuss it or even asking me to call her ANYTHING she walked away. Can we say bad customer service? Yeah. I though that maybe just a one off bad day, WRONG I went back and they did the same thing. Couldn’t care less. It’s like they are saying this is MC Donald’s you want burger king go for it. Guess what I did. Have never been back have no plans of going back either.

Customer ‘s service is poor… but that’s to be expected from the staff when even the managers are rude and not customer service oriented. I once waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, not because they were busy but because an employee’s friend was in the car in front of me and she proceeded to hold a 10 minute conversation w/him about how beautiful his purple Lexus was… all this while the line behind him was growing and growing. I finally rolled down my window and yelled something… the response I got was a dirty look from the employee and more waiting as she continued to hold a conversation… and then the silent treatment when it was my turn. Because of my bad experience in the drive-thru, when I was there next, we went inside… guess what, we ordered a mocha and some fries and waited 20 minutes because the mgr had all the employees filling the drive-thru orders and making the dining area patrons wait. Some man got so fed up, he walked out without his order even though he had already paid for it. When our order finally came, I commented about it to the mgr and he basically just brushed me off and called the next #. Since I’m not sure which experience I liked better, I just boycotted it altogether… I’ve even told my kids and friends not to go there. Word of mouth is priceless!

I love Big Macs. How can they mess up on the #1? Here’s how: the Big Mac burger I got was a bit dry. Not enough of the special sauce. The bun was a little hard around the edges. Fries were okay. They had some of the soggy kind I like, mixed in with some hard crusty ones I don’t like. The place itself is pretty clean. Big indoor play area for kids.
