Don’t order online they will allow other people to take your food and when you get there to pick it up they give you someone else’s order except you always check your order before you leave so I knew it wasn’t mine and they did not want to make my order correctly how I had originally placed it.

Whhhhhaaaaaaaat the heck happened to this place?!? Panera Bread has always been one of my consistent favorites for a quick and healthy meal. Apparently, this location hasn’t received the customer service memo! And they need to take a real hard look at the way they order supplies and inventory. I was working here in East Bay on Saturday and stopped in for my favorite salad, the Asian Chicken Salad, only to be told it was no longer on the menu. Feeling disappointed but needing to eat, I next ordered the Roasted Turkey BLTWITH Avocado, only to be told they didn’t have avocado, but I could order the turkey Bravo which was«almost the same thing with cheese and sauce»… Folks, cheese and sauce do NOT make up for avocado! So I agreed to the Roasted turkey sandwich sand avocado… Another disappointment but I figured it was a one off… Well… It was NOT A ONEOFF! I’m back in the East Bay today and in my mind another go at the roasted turkey BLT w Avocado… Only today there was NO bacon!!! WTH?!? Seriously?!? So I said, «Ok, I gotta eat so let do it but I want a discount– I’m not paying for bacon that’s not there.» The youngster went to talk to his manager, who I’m sure was about the same age, and he came back shaking his head and saying they can’t give discounts… I’m calling BS! What they really mean to say is they WON’T give a discount! I just walked away… My money is better spent elsewhere! And what I’m saying is I WON’T be back! Panera, you have fallen from grace and this experience was so bad it was comical! Your prices were too high anyway so I will take my lunch dollars elsewhere! Fix yourselves or lose your customer base! Unbelievable! And I’m still shaking my head!

I love panera sandwiches and pastries! You could never go wrong with a cho chip cookie Most of the time when I go into this location it’s not crowded and the food is usually ready fairly quick.

If you are a fan of bear claws, they have the best ones I have ever tasted! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside… baked to perfection! Try it heated with some butter!

This is the worst Panera, I’ve given them 3 chances, now I’m done. Don’t bother preordering, they will just be out of something and you will have to wait in line to get your card credited. Then told you have to call the call center to get a refund. They will mess up your order, it’s always chaotic, not the environment you want to enjoy a meal at. I will drive to get better service at another location.

Came in to use a gift card and was happy to try the 500 calories menu. They offer a lot and it’s great! You get to pick from various options that have the calorie count so you choose how to use! I got the French Onion soup and Fuji Apple Chicken salad. So good! The soup was loaded with onions and although it didn’t have the toasted bread covered in cheese, I think there were some tiny crumbles of cheese in the soup that melted slowly inside. The salad was good as well, the dressing was super sweet but once mixed in it went perfect with the gorgonzola cheese.

Ordered the Greek yogurt with the honey. While the taste was good, I was very very surprised on the size. For $ 3 +, you get nothing. Please change this Panera. You can do better. This is the same container one would get for salad dressing.

Panera Bread’s Insurance company notified me today that me tripping on the rug was no fault of theirs. Apparently I folded it on my own when I was walking in. The people I met with after I fell said that they have had to fix the rug on numerous occasions. If I were you I would 1. Not go back there as a matter of fact I won’t be. They never even offered me a water or coffee. 2. If you must go there be extra careful because their rug is a trip hazard. I have eaten there one other time I am not sure actually of the attraction our sandwiches were terrible and we never went back. I only went on this day because that is where my client suggested. I am just putting this out there for all to know to be careful.

Every time I have come here I’ve had great service and the food is always delicious. Today(4÷16÷1611:30 am) I had Claudia as my cashier and she is the best cashier I’ve ever had at Panera. Great smile and customer service, she was super friendly and welcoming. Thanks Claudia!

ZEROSTARS never going back in. went in before work for a bagel… took a long time and gave it to me burnt like BLACK so I show it to them and and they say oh yeah sorrrrrrry the toaster has been acting up… and redo it(WHYWOULDYOUSEEYOUBURNEDITANDSTILLGIVEITOUT), i go to work now with the redone bagel and it HADANEFFINHAIR poking out if the cinnamon glaze so nasty. At this point I have to go to work with no breakfast… i call them and they give me 21 questions about the hair as if I planted it myself or dropped it then noticed like WTF? They actually hade the nerve to say«hmm.doesn’t sound like that could belong to any of the people on staff.», what the the actual fuck, beyond peeved and finally she says okay well sorry and how about a refund and complimentary lunch on us? I say okay fine and order broccoli cheddar soup which I love and have had many many times there… I get it. eat it… at the bottom of the EFFIN cup of soup there is a hair like between the crevice of the cup. oh hell no, no call back there needed but seriously considered calling the health inspector on their ass.

Panera is a great place to come in for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The number one thing that draws me in is the fresh bread made daily and the pastries look just as good as they taste. After our morning gym session we decided that we earned a delicious breakfast and headed down to Slatten Ranch. At first we did try to go into Lumpys diner but it was packed and had a line out the door. In all honesty, we didn’t want to wait long and walked down to Panera where their was no line. At first we admired the pastries and each chose one we wanted. When we got in line to order we were let down and told that they stopped serving breakfast at 11am and its was already noon. That alone was disappointing since we had already chose something off the breakfast menu and their was no indication that it ended at 11am. SIDENOTE: come in early for breakfast and bagels. They were out of a lot of them when we stopped in. After the let down we settled the on the Steak and White Cheddar panini, cinnamon roll pastry, French croissant, and a Carmel latte. Steak and cheddar panini was great! Perfect balance of sautéed onions, cheese and plenty of meat. It does come with horseradish so if you aren’t a fan tell them to remove it. Pastries were delicious, take your time picking out the one you want when you come in. You won’t be disappointed. Latte was alright and I wish I’d gone to an actual coffee shop instead but if you need the coffee go ahead and grab it. They do have different flavors available. Any ways we had a lovely time and enjoyed the warm fireplace burning inside, comfy chairs and plenty of tables and seats available.

First timer here, thanks to a giftcard or else I would have never stepped foot inside this place! It’s nice and clean inside. The pastries look delicious! I ordered the Asian ses chicken salad & a French baguette and my son had the grilled cheese with yogurt. The salad was great, could of used more dressing but it was still good. The grilled cheese was nice and«fluffy» as my son described. He ate it all except the crust, but he doesn’t like any crust to begin with. I would def come back. Perfect place to catch up with friends or family, nice chill environment.

This place sucks. 8:00AM Saturday morning and you’re out of French toast bagels? You only have 6 cinnamon crunch left — crazy. So I order the cinnamon crunch bagels and have them sliced… not sure if it was user error or the machine but my bagels weren’t sliced properly… not in half, they only sliced off the very top of each bagel, see picture. Thanks for taking my money and ruining my breakfast… definitely won’t be coming back here.

I love Panera Bread. Their Mac and cheese is the best ever. However, you got to get it with a baguette so you can dip the baguette into the Mac and cheese. It’s so delicious. I’m addicted. Plus you have to try their green tea drink. It’s amazing.

Came for lunch and wasn’t busy at all. I guess if it ever is busy they have tablets as soon as you walk in for a faster service. They layout is pretty spacious and the lights are dim enough to have a casual and relaxing setting. They have a fire place if anybody is sensitive to the cold and wants a warm place to sit. Now as for the food I had the The almond chicken salad sandwich. It was very good: wasn’t salty and had some chopped grapes. They give you white, which I prefer wheat, so ask before to substitute. One cool thing about this place is that you can leave your table without cleaning the table yourself, because they do it for you.

Love to come here with my friends for breakfast or brunch. Their coffee is delicious. Love the Mediterranean sandwich and the salads. The place is very net and always cleaned. The breads they’re sell are okay, some are really heavy. I wish they had a bigger variety of breads for sale.

Panera has always been my go-to study spot. Wifi, great food, and unlimited refills on their iced teas, coffee, and sodas. I can literally stay here all day(and I have). I absolutely love how friendly the staff is. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and say goodbye when you leave(assuming they aren’t swamped with customers at the time). Even though I stay for hours, I have never felt unwelcome here. There are plenty of tables and outlets all around and their wifi is pretty reliable. Food is literally a click away because you can order online and they will bring it straight to your table. You don’t even have to get up! Panera will always be my favorite place to study and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to just sit down and get work done. I do wish it was a little bit cheaper, but considering I stay all day and mooch off their wifi and yummy flavored iced teas, I get my money’s worth, and I’m sure you will too!

Panera is consistently yummy but also consistently pricey. Being from Antioch, this is one of very few hang out spots that my friends and I congregated at during High School. Panera hot chocolate has always been a favorite of mine — I’d choose it over starbucks if I had to compare the two… and my new obsession is their flatbread bbq chicken sandwich. I always order from the«you pick 2» menu… and sometimes they fail to ask if a baguette is alright. So remember you can request an apple or a bag of chips in place of that extra piece of bread that they give you with your sandwiches! Food aside, it is air conditioned, comfortable, and has outlets everywhere and free wifi. So bring your work!
