Never been a fan of subway and i can officially say that i will never go back. Their sandwiches suck. If you want to go to a place that actually gives you enough meat and not just veggies, i suggest you either go to Togos or Willys. They will NEVER disappoint. You will get your moneys worth. Clearly the manager there doesn’t train her employees right to have them think that the sandwich i recieved was okay to serve.

Horrible. I have been here a couple of times already. The gentleman who makes the subs doesnt give you the full order of meat, he just gets a quarter of the scoop and spreads it all over the bread. I think i got enough rotisserie chicken for a 3inch sub in my footlong.

I love this subway it’s the best in town the owner is very nice makes great sandwiches! !!

This is the only subway that has fresh bread. Customer service is excellent and the manager Rena is awesome. I will be back even though i live in Antioch

Best Subway in Brentwood. The food is always fresh, the staff is great and friendly. The owner is so nice and very concerned about her business being the best it can be.

I went in after a long shift at work and I’m so glad I did! The manger reina (I’m probably spelling it wrong, sorry) is so sweet we got to talking and I’ll defiantly be back! She gave me a free cookie just because (thank you)

Rena is fantastic with customer service. Incredibly friendly. Talks to you at the register. Asks how the food tastes if you’re in store eating. She genuinely cares. Very friendly. Best subway I’ve ever eaten at. And I’ve not eaten at many due to lack of cleanliness in other locations.

Let’s start here; I am NOT a Subway fan. That said, if I do find myself wanting a meal at the Streets of Brentwood, THIS Subway restaurant wins out every time! There are several reasons for my high rating: 1^st, the manager is completely professional, customer oriented and kind. She consistently displays a positive attitude and demeanor with all of her customers. She is even super patient with difficult customers and doesn’t loose her cool. I just love the way she invites you in with her lovely chatty calmness. I’ve observed this on several occasions when I sit to eat at this particular Subway restaurant. 2^nd, the food is FRESH! I mean super fresh! One of the reasons I don’t care for the chain in general is the food is usually very lackluster with the freshness. 3^rd, the person making my sandwich doesn’t rush me or act like adding just a little more of this or that will brake their bank. I appreciate that so much. Not that I want to get over by asking for additions without paying for them but I do prefer my sandwich made to my exacting standards. I really appreciate that about this Subway. Last, this place is CLEAN as a whistle! Smells nice. no broken furniture, dirty floors or walls, burned out lights or any of that stuff. The manager really takes great care in operating her business and hot-​damn I want to pass this along to anyone on the fence. GREAT JOB STREETS OF BRENTWOOD SUBWAY!!!

Seriously, u charge to toast the bread, then say there tax. u shouldn’t be trying to rip people off. I will not be coming back here again! I’m the wrong person to rip off. get it together.

This is the only subway I will ever go to! Since I started coming here I haven’t gone to another subway in 3 years. The manager is the sweetest and always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best customer service and always has a smile on her face. The bread is always flavorful and fluffy and the sandwiches are always full of ingredients and most importantly, FRESH! The sandwich platters are made fresh the day of order and are never soggy and everyone loves them at gatherings. Although I live by a subway just a minute from me, I never go to it and always make the drive here because the quality of food and customer service are better than any subway I have been to in the past. Love this place!

Just purchased 3 Subway sandwiches for myself and my 2 kids and I have to report that Vina (I hope I am spelling your name correctly) was the most delightful Subway Sandwich maker I ever came across. She was so nice to me and my daughter and exceeded our expectations in her ability to make our sandwiches full of meat, veggies, etc. The other person working with her also had a big smile on herself as well even though they both previously had a big surge of business earlier in the day. Vina made you feel that you were the only person in the restaurant and we were smiling all the way home. Now THAT’S Customer Service!

Just placed a to go order and Rena was the person who took my order. Not only were her customer service skills excellent but she was kind and friendly and let me know that there were fresh cookies just baked. Not only was that a good thing for me because I love cookies, but a profitable bonus for their business as well. Thank you Rena for the great customer service. I appreciate your hard work and people skills!

Horrible! If need be come in the mornings. Lady that works mornings keeps everything fresh and clean. I’ve work at the streets and come here a lot and recently been helped by this lady that stays on the phone while she is sitting down in dining room and pretends to wash her hands she is an older middle eastern lady. Not only that but the veggies and who knows about other meats just don’t look fresh and has no care when making your sub it’s always sloppy. Tomatoes are always soggy and lettuce looks frozen. Like I said, if you have no other choice but to come here, arrive in the morning or before 2pm for lunch. Hispanic lady knows what she is doing in the mornings. OTHERWISE STAY AWAY!

Ok seriously? Who doesn’t change there gloves when making a vegetarian sub after I just saw them touching meat for the customer ahead of me? I will not be back ! Disappointing

Don’t waste your time. My stomach hurts a couple of times when I ate here. But I always come back for their breakfast combo (6″ with a drink) on the board they still advertise it, but when you asked for it, they said they I longer have the deal. Take it off the board then!!! So disappointed. I only come here because they open early. But back to Starbucks for me

It’s such a pleasure to go this Subway. Starting from the manager, all employees are super friendly and nice. I would give them all 5 stars, best Subway in town!!!

I can only give this Subway a 1 star, which is rare for me. I ordered my sandwich and the gentlemen behind the counter was not friendly at all. When I commented on the bread, which looked like someone sat on it, he said, in a short tone, «They’re all that way.» I wish I walked out at that moment. I still bought the sandwich, and it was soggy. I doubt I’ll ever return. There is a lot 4 stars for this subway. I guess those customers hit on a good day, when the bread was baked properly, because I’ll not return. The only thing I can say, it was clean.

The worst location ever, the door says it closes at 10pm and online days 10 pm but the employees closed the doors at 9:30pm, when I called in to ask, the guy said they close at 9:30pm on Thursday, when the door signs says «clearly «that it closes at 10pm. Make sure when u come to call in otherwise they might be in the mood to close it early …

If I could give them zero stars I would. The gentleman that made my sandwich couldn’t speak English. He also charged me too much. The manager was no help. They charged $ 8 for a regular footlong sub. But at any other subway all regular footlongs are $ 5 during January. They refused to charge me the right amount. Very bad customer service. I love subway. But will make sure to go to any other location besides this one.

Can’t go wrong with Subway. Biggest and tastiest bang for your buck.
