If zero stars is available, I would select it. The service is so freaking slow. It’s been over 20 minutes. And I have 3 kids in the back. And still no food. And it’s not like we ordered the whole store. It’s just ONE combo.

Slowest KFC we’ve ever been to. After 20 minutes, still no food and they told us just 5 minutes ago that one item we ordered is not going to be available for another 15 minutes. There are 4 people working. Should’ve left when we came and saw only 3 customers, all looking like they’ve been waiting for a while for their food. We should know better. It’s always slow when we’ve come here and they’re always out of chicken.

This location is just slow in general. Almost every drive– thru customer had to park out front to wait for their order to be delivered… Some even can in to ask if food was ready yet…
The gentleman that took our order was nice. I let him know my daughter and I would be dining in but I also ordered for to go as well. He said that was fine. After we finished my daughter went up to get the to– go… Man they screwed it up!!! $ 5 meal only had the 3 strips in it– no mashed potatoes, biscuit or drink. I had ordered large mashed potatoes & gravy– they only gave a small :(
Just a great reminder to always stay and check the bag before leaving… Sucks to have paid for food you never even received

To bad I can’t put 0 star, tonight the workers left one kid to take and fill orders while the rest went to lunch, leaving us customers to wait, one lady walked out saying she’s been waiting 25 minutes poor time management…

FIRST & LAST TIME! DIRTY! NASTY! Almost every table had crumbs on it but there was only one other guy in there! Both M&W bathrooms needed to be stocked and cleaned. Men’s floor was so greasy he said he was sliding! We ordered 2 ice cream things that were given to us only ¾ full! Really? The floors were SO sticky that the bottoms of my shoes were collecting stuff on our way out! Held my feet up off of the truck mats and straight in to the washing machine when we got home! SO GROSS! The obviously new kid at the counter was nice though.

This location is dirty, food was gross. The employees cleanliness was poor. Never coming back.

The only reason I give this place one star is because they serve good Root Beer Floats. My daughter makes me take her through the drive-​thru to get Coleslaw. But every time we go she is disappointed when she gets home and eats it. When you order inside it is always filthy. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness in the kitchen. Never to return. Oh and the other location on Brentwood Blvd is the same. They have identical issues.

Worst ever ! Dirty, food all over ! I just don’t understand how the employees don’t mind it there selves! no customers but food all over tables and floor, greasy floor and the entrance alone is enough to second guess everything! I don’t understand at all so frustrated with this place nice area and building, suprise this place is still open I’m sure they would fail a audit from whole ever conducts audit food is not so fresh ! Look honestly on this place is a shit whole sorry for my language the owner should be ashamed of his business! !! Funny thing is I pulled up and there closed sign is lit up! Smh

This place is horrible no customer service skills and food taste rancid… enough said…

All I’m going to say is this: it’s a combined A&W and KFC. Today I went there for a root beer float and they had no root beer. Last time they had no pot pies. The time before that they refused to make us crispy chicken because they had too much original. This place is a hot mess. I have them 3 chances… That’s it

My chicken was fried but u see neath skin Lainey uncooked pink containers were cracked pieces plastic in the food and macaroni and cheese was Burnt but cold
Horrible food will not be going here ever again… Almost sixty bucks wasted

OMG! Run away! This is the dirtiest, grubbiest place I have ever been in. Old food stuck on the ceiling and the counters. Doesn’t look like they clean up any spills unless it happens to be in their way. Thick dust on the upper fixtures & monitors. Glass doors on the warmers are so greasy & grubby that the employees are probably happy to have gloves on. Previously have gone through the drive thru & didn’t know it was so disgusting inside. Never going there again.

The food is okay here but we’ve always done a drive thru order. Servers are courteous and almost always get the order correct.
The reason for the 2 star rating:
We stopped INSIDE the restaurant one day to eat. Having never been inside before we were shocked at the sight of the place. Absolutely disgusting! FILTHY and rundown. Tables, floors, counter tops, soda machine, condiment areas, bathrooms — ALL filthy!
Because of this we will not eat there again, drive thru or not.

If possible, this place would get NO stars!
Reading all the stories of the drive thru, decided to walk in to order to-​go. Big mistake… First, as soon as you walk in, you get the disgusting odor of mold/​mildew, as if someone took a dirty mop and bucket of old water and mopped the entire place down. Nobody else inside, but three employees huddled around the cash register, as I made eye contact with 2 of them, nobody ever acknowledged me or attempted to take my order. After a few minutes of someone getting a new roll of pennies, someone finally asks for my order as the other 2 disperse into nowehere.
Ordered their $ 5 meal:
— the mashed potato barely had any gravy
— no cookie, they offered an extra biscuit, I didn’t even want the first one
— asked for dipping sauce, had to wait to get it from storage
— no utensil/​napkin packet
I suggest cleaning this place with some solvent or at least try changing the water when you do, not the same water for a week in a bucket. Surprised it passes inspections. The service is typical of the high school kids you hire, but I do not blame them entirely, they will get away with what you allow, maybe some supervision is needed.

Haha what a joke. Ordered a double bacon burger since its joint A&W/KFC. Burger was destroyed. Like the bread disintegrated when I picked it up. No bacon. Crew immature. Some employee kept walking bags of food? Or something outside to a car… Sketch and terrible. Never coming back here!

This is the worst resteraunt ever the chicken is always over cooked and taste like it’s been sitting in oil the biscuits taste old. Kfc is not cheap and it sucks to order your food drive through and to go home and it’s terrible I will never go back here ever one star is only beachside I have to rate ! HORRIBLE!!!

WOW! Horrible… my husband wanted to come here even though bad reviews. I did not want to come, but he was driving. Everything we order was WRONG and to top it off, we only ordered 3 things.
This is the reason you make minimum wage! You don’t know how to take an stinking order, fulfill, or quality check correctly!

I went to KFC yesterday around 5pm and I used the drive-​thru. Got a $ 5 Fill Ups box, with a Pepsi. The Pepsi was watered down, and didn’t taste vary good at all. They also didn’t give me any napkins, or a spork to eat my food. I was in a rush so I didn’t think to check my order before leaving the drive-​thru. Other then that the food was great.

Tonight about 5:30 pm we went to KFC to the drive-​thru and ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken full meal plus we ordered an ear of corn. They were not busy, only four cars in front of us and three cars in the restaurant parking lot.
When we got our order was not all there. There was no corn on the cob, butter or honey for our biscuits. Plus we did not get a receipt to prove what we had ordered.
I don’t think we will go back there again.

Worse customer service at this location. We got our food and they didn’t give us forks. So I went back up to the counter and after being noticied by 2 employees, I still stood there for 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. One employee even walked right by me and didn’t say a word. I would take my daughter there every Monday but since I’ve had this experience, we won’t be going there anymore
