Worst service ever. If theres an option to place an online order for a specific time then it should be ready by that time. I would even pay in advance if it had an option but nope! Took 30 mins for my order. Worst way of doing business ever. This isn’t the first time This has happened but this is the first time ordering online with a specific time and I wont do that again! Nor will I come here again some people come on their lunch break and are on a time crunch, you guys need to fix this timing issue or don’t give the option to order ahead because it’s not worth it.

I haven’t been to this wing stop in a long time so the husband and I decided to give it a go. Placed an online order and was given a pick up time of 11:50. We arrived at 12:10 because they are always slow. We walk in, pay and get told it will be just a minute while they sauce the wings. We ended up waiting 20 minutes! We watched them put our wings in the fryer. Why even offer online ordering if you are going to wait for the person to arrive to even start the order? They weren’t very busy, only 3 tables had old food trays on them that looked like they hadn’t been touched for a while and we were the only people in the store. Expect a very long wait time, dirty lobby and unapologetic employees.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. This place is a joke, ordered on the app thinking it would be quicker. Wrong! Waited in the store for at least 20 minutes, wings were small and not impressed with flavor either. This happens every time I go here, but enough is enough I finally had to write this place off. Oh yeah forgot to mention customer service does not exist in this establishment, there so called employees make it look like a high school hang out spot! Hire some people who actually care about there job and know a thing or two about customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this circus act. If you want good wings go to Buffalo Wild Wings, worth every penny. Just my 2 cents… You have been warned. have a good day.

Service here is terrible. Always takes forever. Final straw was when they misplaced my order on SuperBowl Sunday and told me it was my fault for not calling the Friday to find out I had to pre-pay. Had I known, I would have done so. Spoke to Patrice who was extremely rude and not very intelligent. When I asked for the manager’s name, who is Richelle, I called her 3 times the next 2 days. Left 2 messages and she never returned my call. I would not recommend this place.

First off, I ordered my food an hour ago and it is still not completed after I was promised an ETA of 25 minutes. My family have been ordering from this wingstop since we moved to Brentwood. Secondly as I waited FORLIKEEVER, I watched a worker who is also a COOK dig in his nose and wiped the booger on his clothes and did not wash his hands before going back to handling the food. As a health employee I found that beyond disrespectful. There are nights I prefer wingstop over Buffalo Wild Wings for family nights but seeing that made me reconsider everything.

I’m adding a poor review in here because they deserved it. service is horrible ! Ordered bone in chicken over the phone they hand me a boneless chicken. I came in 20 mins after i called because i know ill still wait if i come in early but i still waited 30 mins because its not ready ! Theres like 6 people and 2 of them are just standing! Hello !! Fucking work and get my order!

I don’t know why I keep coming here, its a joke every time. I placed an online order at 5 that would be ready at 5:20. I arrive at 5:45 because they are usually slow, and my order still isnt done until 6:15! Over an hour to get some food! Basically no matter what you do its going to take 45 mins or more to get food. Its always crowded and they can’t handle the demand any time I come. The wings are good, don’t get me wrong, but the service is a disaster. They need to get it together or another chain is gonna put them out of business. Maybe I’ll give them an hour and a half next time.

Worst service. Put in a order on the app at least a hour before and when I got the the restaurant they told me the order would be right up. 10 minutes later I ask them where my order is and they hadn’t even started it.

Wing Stop has earned a spot in the«Sorry That Was Your Last Chance» column. When ordering over the phone or in person, I’d say it’s approximately a 25% success rate of getting the order correct. Ordering online seemed to remedy this … until for some asinine reason they put a stop to orders online of greater than $ 30. So, thanks for the hit and miss wings over the years we sometimes enjoyed. Buffalo WW … no, you will not get future wing orders … you’re even worse. The End. Wait, forgot the mention the Spicy Korean does not do the name justice. Change the name to Sweet with a Hint of Heat might be more on the head of the nail.

We had a horrible experience all around. First, we went to order online. Once we had our order put together, we went to check out and found out that you cannot choose to pay in the store for any order over $ 30. That is understandable since they most likely just don’t want to get stiffed with a large amount of food and the person doesn’t show up. No problem, we’ll pay online… but wait, you can’t pay online either. Essentially you cannot place an online order for anything $ 30 or more. Kind of ridiculous this day and age. Not a deal breaker considering we were going to pick up the order anyway. We place our order by phone and showed up at the time we were quoted. The food was ready about 5 minutes later… not bad. The manager read my order back to me as he handed me the bag of food. Sounded fine. I drove back home(20 min round trip) and began laying out all the food so my wife, 2 kids and I could eat. I come to find out that there are a couple of sauces missing and the boneless wings we ordered were all bone-in. My wife cannot stand eating bone-in wings! I called the restaurant and was told I needed to bring the incorrect wings back and they would replace them. No compensation for the time and travel wasted. Once I returned, the manager still would not discount the food at any level. He was very rude and unwilling to do anything. I asked him for either a refund for he order they messed up or a gift card for that same amount for a future order. Nothing! I couldn’t believe the way we were treated. I wanted to be sure to leave a review of our experience since it was so poor. Needless to say, we will not be back to this particular Wingstop. We will, however visit other locations.

Customer service is great. Ordering online is okay, but if you try to place an order for greater than $ 40 the site will not let you. Calling in to the store works and they haven’t messed up any of the couple dozen orders I have placed in the past few months. I also appreciate how late they are open for nights when I am working late. The wings themselves are great — not breaded — true buffalo wings. Sauces are good and the seasoning on the fries is both delicious and unique.

Why 3 stars? Simple they have changed the way the do their orders. If you call in they wont start your order until you get into the restaurant? That’s absolutely insane, That’s why I call in the order so I don’t have to wait. Why would I call then wait anyway? Screw that I call dominos or Buffalo wild wings. Not worth it anymore.

Consistently poor experience with wait time here, but was taken to a whole new level tonight. Ordered online and it had an ETA of 20 minutes. I didn’t show up for 30 because I know how they usually are, and if that meant my food COULD be a few minutes old, no big deal. I show up, pay, wait another half an hour only to be told they’ve decided not to start orders until payment so that the doesnt sit out. So it’s been an hour since I ordered, 40 minutes since I should have walked out the door with my food, and I still have about 15 minutes before I’ll get to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

First time at this location. The boneless wings seem extra salty for some reason, strange. The staff if friendly and attentive which is nice and the place was«reasonably» clean. The reason for the 3 star review was the few previously mentioned items and the fact that I ordered online, showed up just over 20 minutes later, and for some strange reason still had to wait over 5 minutes for my wings to be finished(«seasoned» according to them). Why they could not have had 20 boneless wings ready in 20 minutes is beyond me especially since they were not even close to busy. If you are going to offer advance order options at least have the courtesy to have things ready when the guest shows up.
