We have used them three times and they are detail oriented with the spots. I have had good luck with their cleaning. I didn’t give a 5 rating because I wanted an edging tool to be used and they said they didn’t have one and that using a tool like that takes a considerable additional amount of time.

We have used Peshon’s for the last 20 years and have been pleased with their services — especially rug cleaning. They are a family owned small business and take care to give personalized service to their clients. I would recommend this company highly.

Although I initially got a little annoyed that it was not really easy to get someone on the phone to ask questions or make arrangements, I ended up extremely satisfied with the work at Peshons. I have taken area rugs there several times now, and I they have gone above and beyond their duty and always returned my rugs in impeccable, like-​new condition. Once, they even washed a carpet more than once at no extra charge until they were satisfied that they were returning to me the rug in perfect condition! I would and do recommend their work without hesitation.
