I was willing to give Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt because like the post below me states, how can you go wrong with pizza but I’ll tell how… BADCUSTOMERSERVICE! Called mutilple times and immediately placed on hold to a recording, not even a live person could greet me and place me on hold! Lol O well, I’ll spend my money else where. Bye Felicia!

WORSTSERVICEEVER! Got pizza for delivery, over 2 and a half hours and it never came! I tried to call numerous times but I just got hung up on! Turns out they canceled my order without notifying me! Will be the first and last time I ever order from this Pizza Hut.

Honestly I like it! The stars it has now disappoints me I mean you can’t go wrong with pizza I think they have wonderful pizza they deliver or u can pick up and they do this raffle thing that is on ur receipt, I think it’s a good idea! P. s I absolutely love their chocolate chip cookie pizza!

This place is so unsanitary, don’t ever come down here. When we saw our pizza being made this Mexican man comes from sweeping the floor to making our pizza without washing his hands. Even there delivery men are so careless and so unsanitary as well.

If I could give Pizza Hut no stars I would. I ordered a large pizza, a brownie, and a soda. When my order arrived almost two hours later, there was no brownie. I asked the delivery guy where it was and he said he never received it. He then told me when he got back to the store he would have them take it off my bill. I checked my bank account later. They still charged me for a hot cocoa brownie I never got. The delivery guy was nice and i appreciate that but I’m not sure I ever want to order from Pizza Hut again. This is a big bummer for me because I love Pizza Hut. It’s been my favorite pizza for years… I still love Pizza Hut pizza, but this location has alienated what used to be a loyal customer

Dear Dave, You are the shittiest manager. You had your female employee call me at 10:30 pm to say I had not paid for my pizza. You then proceed to yell at your employees(yes, I could hear you in the background.) mind you, I placed my order online and paid via CC. I received confirmation, yet got a call right after staying my pizza would arrive next day at 11 am? What? No, tonight is when I want my pizza! Strange, but ok they fixed it and pizza was delivered over an hour later. The delivery guy asks for payment and I replied, no I paid online?, he replied with, «not according to this receipt!» Back to you Dave, you clearly have no management skills, people skills, or common sense. How can you tell someone you’re going to charge their card twice to make sure your register balanced tonight? Payment went through, not good enough though. Pizza was not worth $ 40. Better have my refund in 24 hours Dave

Firstly I called to place an order and I was trying to order the treat box and they were out of the cookies so they had me on hold for 10 mins the hung up on me. So I decided to order online around 10 and I got a confirmation email and everything then now it’s 11 and were calling the store and their numbers were saying they’re closed. We never received our order or a call saying they were not coming to deliver. Called the next morning and when I talked to two people who were«currently in charge at the moment» about the situation they sounded as if they didn’t really care and they were not going to do anything about it. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Poor customer service. Obviously do not care about their customers. Had to call corporate to get things resolved.

I have been a LOYAL customer to this place for the past 3 years, ordering dinner for my family once a week(pizza night). Everything has been OK until this evening, when I ordered at 6:05, but still hadn’t received my pizza dinner for my family over an hour and a half later. I called, and was told since they were out of the chocolate chip cookie, they just didn’t make my order. I was also told that someone called and left me a voicemail, which is complete b.s. I asked twice to speak with a manager. When she got on the line, I asked her why no one called, she said they did… b.s. Like I said before. I asked if I could receive any type of discount since my order was never made, and I have children to feed. She told me she COULDNOT compensate me ATALL! I After tonight, I will no longer bother with this P.O.S. place ever again. I shall take my loyalty elsewhere. Also I would like to add that looking back on other reviews, this place seems to ALWAYS be out of something… they really need to get their shit together…

Received horrible customer service from the owner and manager himself. He began to yell at me and tell me he could do nothing for me. I ordered a pizza online the night before and did never received a pizza or a «confirmation phone call». When I called in the next day(today) he told me policy is policy and there is nothing he can do and I should have received a call. I told him that it was unacceptable and I never received it. He began to question whether or not I could understand him and I told him yes I do, I’m a manager at a major bank and so I know customer service. He was so upset and started yelling at me telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and know nothing about customer service. This was my first time trying Pizza Hut and definitely the last time. Horrible customer service.

Worst service ever! After 1−½ they still hadn’t left the store with my delivery and that was after 3 phone calls, one to check my credit card, one to check my address and a third to get my card number again — no way! This store staff is incompetent and I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut ever again!

Put in an order using the Pizza Hut app, got a call from the location stating«We don’t deliver after dark.» Wait. What? A pizza delivery service that chooses to no longer offer delivery during a time period when the majority of their customers are getting home from work, I asked for and spoke to a manager who stated that they don’t have drivers and that’s why they don’t offer delivery… again, not a sounds business practice for a company that delivers pizza. I quite liked Pizza Hut, but this experience has me looking back towards better places in the area and I shall try to avoid this entire chain in general in the future. I suppose once we are in the springtime, Pizza Hut will come out of their winter slumber to once again serve their customers.

I ordered my pizza at 7:39pm, I waited an hour to get the pizza. After I checked my phone I was told that the restaurant was out of sausage. I told the restaurant around 9:00pm to replace the sausage with beef, so I could get my pizza. I waited 2 more hours, to 11:00pm, store closing, for a total of 3 hours and 21 minutes for a pizza. The store took my money, didn’t deliver the pizza, and didn’t even bother giving me the courtesy of telling me the order wouldn’t be delivered. I literally ate nothing for 30 hours, because I didn’t have access to food. I was back to back in appointments at my law firm and then in Law School. I managed to look past at being super hungry because I knew that when I got home I would have pizza waiting for me. Straight up, I don’t think I have EVER had a restaurant stand me up like this before… and I have 5 different pizza places in my area I could have ordered from… and that’s how I get treated?

I ordered 2 pizzas last night and I was so disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 16 barbecue wings, came with 2 medium size looking pizzas and 16 barbecue wings, I received my order via delivery and it was wrong, so I called back to rectify the situation and the employee/manager did not attempt to help me, on top of this the taste of the food has took a turn for the worse. This is my second bad experience at this place(MANAGEMENTSUCKS) I will not go to this place NOMORE.

Will never order again from this place. They do not care about making the paying customers happy. Half the time the pizza is cold r they fo not honor the coupons. They do not like to remake the pizza when clearly the order is freaking wrong. Even the managers has an attitude! The place is nasty !

Three times in three weeks I have ordered Hawaiian pizza. Every single time they call back and say, «sorry we ran out of pineapple for today.» Followed by a confirmation of 30 – 40 minutes for delivery. Each time, AFTER they called me back, it took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. Last night was no different at all, I am so tired of it I answered the phone call with, «out of pineapple again? Just make it a meat lovers then.» They responded with, «we are sorry we ran out of pineapple for the day, but your order should arrive in 30 minutes.» I had enough time to watch an entire movie before my order arrived. LASTTIMEIMORDERINGFROMYOUGUYS. I GAVEYOUFOURCHANCES. One star is far too generous for this place

Got the all meat marinara tonight with the Hershey’s chocolate brownies. The food was good and hot. My biggest complaint is the three dollar charge for delivering. I’m sorry but I can’t too when you already help yourselves to three dollars. I’m sure the gas was not that much to deliver.

This place took its last chance. I will no longer order from Pizza Hut. Our ordeal began when my husband and I ordered wings. They arrived late & were the wrong kind. They said they would send the correct wings, but it was pointless because they did not come until we were already laying in bed getting ready to sleep. I called corporate the following day because the store did not answer. After my 20 minute wait, I explained that I wanted a refund or some sort of voucher. I am not just trying to get money out of them. I only want to be compensated for my money being wasted. The man on the phone seemed to be understanding. He said I would be getting a phone call from a higher-up within a few days so I could get a refund. He took my information, yet I never got a call back from anyone. My money was just wasted. You have been warned.

No stars for this Pizza hut.( Unilocal forces you to leave a star) The pizza is not only cold but is the worst quality pizza around. Pizza hut should close this location. It is bringing the name a bad reputation. Thats how bad it is. Dont waste your time or money here.

Their pizza are A-OK, nothing spectacular. Their bread is good, but their toppings needs serious improvement and it’s very minimal and doesn’t taste fresh. Their cheese barely covers the entire dough. Their artichoke(although I know it’s from a can) taste slimy. I had olives added and to half the pizza. I counted about 20 olives bits… seriously? I also tried their pasta and big mistake and way over priced. You’re better off getting something from Safeway and microwaving it for lot cheaper. The chicken wings is probably the star but comparing it to the pizza and pasta anything can be a star; the seasoning was pretty good but the chicken wings were not too meaty. Next time, I think I will just get one from Papa Murphy; it’s cheaper and they are never shy with their toppings
