The place is relatively clean. Can be a bit sketchy (wouldn’t walk around this area at night)… But daytime is fine. It’s right next to a Wells Fargo ATM so I usually do some banking there before work… I like supporting this mom and pop yet worldwide franchise joint. Sean is the homie. Service is always friendly, & I’ve never had a bad experience.

All I can say is morning workers are supper nice and drinks are perfect. Awesome customer service and soo friendly

Quickly in Brentwood is so much better. Clean, fast, fresh, and friendly staff. If you guys dont know there is one in brentwood. Its right behind ampm and in the coner of empire and lonetree.

Their drinks are good, prices are good. But literally EVERY TIME I COME HERE there’s something wrong. 3 times they ran out of bananas (which is an important ingredient in majority of their drinks) 3 times within a two week period! Then we come in one night and the employee said he was by himself and only knows how to make 3 drinks. 3. This place is filthy and one employee in particular is a total bitch. (the little one) Lastly online says that they’re open until 11pm, we show up at 10pm and they’re closed. The Concord one is 10x better than this run down joke.

In a mood for mocha slush & fried calamari so I came through here. Haven’t been here for a while.
Lots of parking in the lot, chairs and tables inside and outside, small tv, clean restroom and there a wide selections on drinks and food.
Shawn was perfect and provided excellent customer service! He was very cool and talkative. The other worker was friendly and nice as well. The service was fast. The drinks was great! Fried calamari tasted delicious, very fresh!

This place is disgusting. So dirty in there. U know this place is ran by teens that don’t exactly know how to run a business when you see one of the staff members smell their milk to see if it’s still good. My drink tasted like it had rotten milk in it I threw that shit away and that would be sad if it was milk they keep a couple days after it expires. 2 stars to you guys!!! Maybe u guys should close and clean every little speck in that dam place !

Very friendly staff and Thai tea with boba was delicious! Clean and fast, great service!

Well, the new Brentwood Quickly’s was super busy and had lines similar to Disney World on a Summer day. So we decided to drive an extra 15 mins to get some taro milk tea.
The Antioch shop didn’t disappoint. The milk teas and the fish balls were real good. The store needs to be cleaned up and upgraded but who cares when the food is great. The Service was also fast and friendly.

It was my first time at this location. I haven’t been to Quickly’s in a while so it took me a while to decide what I finally wanted, until I remembered my usual which was the Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie and my mom ordered a Thai Milk Tea.
The Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie was great just like I remember and the Thai Tea is good too.
Will be coming back here…

Bad customer service the Asian guy and Latin chick at the counter were more into there conversation that we didn’t even get greeted the guy just asked what can I get u guy took the order and our money and walk right back to his conversation while the girl made our taro snow drink which was to watery and to to sweet maybe because she was to busy chit chatting once the drink was done said taro snow and left it by the register and continued her conversation mind u we were the only customers no have a good day nothing… Won’t ever be coming back rather take a drive to share tea and get better drinks and service than come here where the employees get paid to gossip rather than make customers feel welcomed and valued for their business.

Haven’t been here in awhile but the last time I did, the people who work there seem to be much nicer.
–Drinks are good. (Hazelnut, Taro, green apple slush+)
–Check your popcorn chicken because sometimes they aren’t cooked all the way.
–The place could use a real good cleaning.
But as far as I’m concerned I’m just glad they seem to have bought in new employees!

My nigga… This spot is FLAMES! Best drinks are the Oreo Shake (Real Oreos) or the Resee’s shake (Real Resee’s b)… Popcorn chicken is GREATNESS too. I’d eat their popcorn chicken off the ground if that’s where they put it when you order it, my nigga. They get the Official GAF Stamp of Approval!

I LOVE THEIR DRINKS AND FOOD! The milk tea and pomegranate slush are my go to drinks. The customer service is always great, they are always nice and I have never gotten any of the attitude other people have described. The only reason this place gets 4 out of 5 stars from me is because the place isn’t clean at all.

Cheap prices, friendly staff & a clean store. Boba is always fresh and very delicious. The only thing I don’t like, is the vast selection of products. I mean, it’s good to have variety, but lets face it, I’m a Libra & I am indecisive as hell! It seriously takes me a good 12 minutes to decide what I want. I’ll be back soon for their delicious Chai Tea Boba!

Friendly, happy, smiling staff and my taro slush did not taste watered down like the one from Dublin!
Also, it was clean and bright inside.

I love their boba. I have not tried their food but I’m sure it tastes just as great.
They always have very friendly service and they stay open late.

My unplanned visit to my niece’s house today has proven to be quite a success since I got to try out a new restaurant and now I finally got an opportunity to try out Quickly, the place that I’ve heard so much about. They have a few locations in my proximity, but never actually went to search for one until today.
My niece’s daughter asked what I was drinking when she saw my café sua da from Cre Asian and asked me if I’ve had a smoothie from Quickly and I quickly replied «No, but I’ve heard good things about them. Why?» She quickly replies with a «there’s one around our house. Can we go?» Of course, how can a «great» auntie deny a child of such a sweet request.
So, we make our way over to pick up our orders of 5 drinks. I had the piña colada, but the drink normally comes with banana in the mixture and I asked the young man at the register if I can have mine without the banana and he said it was not a problem. Yay! I love accommodating employees. I liked my drink. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and well blended, unlike some places where the ice is still a little chunky.
Happy that I finally had the opportunity to try it out!

Difinitely won’t be going back to this location ever again. The customer service was awful, my calamari was so spicy it was unedible, and the place was dirty. The one thing that really did it for me was the blaring profanity filled rap music that was playing. The music lyrics were about pu**y (which was said more than a dozen times) and b*tches licking poles. When I mention to the young man that the music was to much, his response was «I know Ma’am.»
I know I won’t back Sir.

This quickly is a little more drab than the one in Concord. Not sure if they are both owned by the same people. The guy at the cashier in Concord is at the Antioch location sometimes.
One of my biggest let downs with any Quickly is that they are out of a lot of their appetizers, or as they call them «Snack». I love the chicken wings and they don’t always have them. So you get your mouth watering on for those chicken wings and then you find out they ran out of them. I was paralyzed last Saturday when I was told they were out. What do I do now? Sadly enough I had to order the Popcorn Chicken; which I have had way to many times.
I took my daughter and her friends to this Quickly and the girls loved it. Accept for the greasy Deep Fried Pot Stickers.
The Tapioca as usual was delicious. My daughter and I both love the Tiger Milk Tea.

A café serving drinks and food that’s open past 10pm every night? In Antioch? Anytime I stay in Antioch there’s nothing open so it’s good to see I have somewhere to go other than fast food joints late night hours. About freaking time!
I Unilocal’d the nearest Boba place and Quickly popped up from the search. My niece and nephew knew all about this place and had said it was new and were fans of their drinks. The reviews I read though not so much. I had to have my weekly boba drink so I was bracing for s l o w and sucky service. Well guess what? I had neither. The place was fairly busy with 3 customers waiting for their orders and 2 people ahead of us in line. It gave me time to scan over the menu to see if they had what I wanted. With over 100 different concoctions they better have Lychee drink somewhere in there! And yes I found it! #16! There was little wait time in line. Our employee did greet us and took our order. Wait time from time order was taken to our 4 drinks being made, less than 7 minutes. I’d say our order came out pretty quickly!
Drinks — Came in here 3 different times. Had Litchi/​Lychee Icy 2x and Watermelon juice on another visit. A+ for Watermelon juice. It’s fresh fruit cut up and blended. It’s naturally sweet, no added sugars. The Lychee icy with boba was the other drink I had, and the flavors were spot on, again fresh, sweet, boba texture was soft and chewy. People wonder what’s the deal with boba? For me it’s just added texture. There’s no taste other than it’s slightly sweet. So it goes well with many drinks. Tea, slushies, smoothies. Both drinks made to order, natural and quality ingredients. This place is like the Asian version of that J.
. with the exotic fruits they have. Drinks are really reasonably priced compared to the other chains. Dont forget to get your card validated! Buy 10 get 1 free!

The store is pretty roomy even when it was crowded there was till room to move. There’s seating available along the wall. The exterior and surrounding area needs TLC. Minus one star there. Despite that I’m a new fan of this place long line or not, Im so here for my boba drink!
