The staff are always very friendly. Clean inside. Makes DELICIOUS freaking coffee!
my coffee of choice that i keep on repeat is the carmel mocha w/​carmel drizzel. So amazingly good.
My sandwhich of choice would be the artisan bacon egg & cheese. BOMB!
The chocolate chip cookies are mouth watering just thinking about them. They make them nice and warm so that its gooey my faaav. :)
They have a huge parking lot so there isnt ever a problem w/​parking. The drive thru is normally where i order & sometimes theyll have a bit of a line, but hey if that many people are lined up you know its good!
There is nothing to complain about here! I recommend ;)

I had the best Americano Ive ever had in my life from this Starbucks. I order a small, yes small, Americano with 4 sugars and lots of cream. And it was made perfectly.
I guzzled it so fast I wished that I ordered a large. Oh well.
Also, drive-​thru! My favorite way to get coffee. Woo Whoo!

I love me some Starbucks! But this Starbucks is by far the worst I’ve ever been too! Everytime I come here they always mess up my order. I have to then park my car and go in to get it fixed. EVERYTIME! They are extremely rude about fixing the simple order I always get. Not to mention they’ve over charged me almost everytime for cream. This Starbucks is a joke! Nasty service, and nasty attitudes! Will never spend my money here again! EVER AGAIN!

The customer service is great if it wasnt for the attitudes of some of the great employees there… i wouldnt keep going there. i now go through the drive thru and they know me by name and drink as well. its nice and fast. keep up the good work and smiles!

This is one of my go to places in the morning on my way to school. I would order a Hot Cocoa (Double Chocolate Frapp on hot days) and a bagel with cream cheese. The baristas are really nice and helpful. It’s pretty basic, since it’s near my house and all that. For Somerville mall patrons, it would be really convenient if they opened up a Starbucks kiosk in the mall so that they won’t have to walk all the way across to get a coffee or frappachino. I am giving this place 4 stars. Why? Because their wifi connection is lagging. I really think they could fix their wifi.

Full disclosure: I have never seen the inside of this Starbucks. Not once. And they may be receiving my unbridled gratitude due to the endorphin rush prompted by the exercise (attributable to the neighboring 24 Hour Fitness) I always partake in just before I indulge in their drive-​through. But who cares? The staff is beyond friendly, the caffeine is on hit, the drink is as black and skrong (not a typo, get with it boo) as my papa bear and I keep comin’ back for more.
No complaints and no restraint. I’ll be back soon.

The worst service ever. Robert was angry, I tried to cheer him up her just starred at me. I changed my attitude and said oh wow one of those days huh? He said it’s going to be a very long day… I said hey at least you are getting paid. He just gave me the dirtiest look. I just placed my order. This store does not live by the Starbucks motto.

This Starbucks location is the WORST EVER! !! Every time I go there, my drink is goofed up and prepared WRONG! Not to mention the attitudes of the staff there.
They have a HORRIBLE reputation around Antioch, Brentwood and Pittsburg. They need better management, customer service training and Barista training.

I love coming to this location since it’s near work. The staff is very nice and service here is quick.
Yeah sometimes there’s a line with only one cashier, but either way, the line moves fairly fast.
It’s always clean inside, there’s a lot of tables and chairs to sit. I love how they have bar stools near the baristas, you can watch them make your drink too. Never crowded in here.
The parking lot is big since its next to Macy’s, the spots in front of Starbucks are usually taken. The drive in is always packed.

Horrible service and drinks for the last time! I got 3 drinks for $ 16. I knew it going in and I was ok with it. What I wasn’t ok with was them having ZERO flavor. I thought it was just me until my kids said theirs sucked too. So much ice but no liquid, thus the lack of flavor. This is the second and LAST time I will get bad drinks from this location. Get it together manager and make sure your team is trained to make proper product. It was Tuesday 10−20−15 at 4:15 if that tells you who was working. See the photo I posted also. Looks like a cup of snow. A st location is so much better but no drive thru. I’ll go in for the better beverage… and service. Maybe Starbucks should read their reviews and make some improvements.

I am seeing several negative reviews, and I just don’t understand why. I have been going to this location pretty much every day since I moved to the area in March. I am usually there between 7 – 7:30am. Many of the staff know my name and always greet me with a warm «hello» and a smile. The drive-​thru is ALWAYS longer than the line inside, but what do you expect when everyone tries to go for «convenience» rather than taking a second to get out of their car. There are a handful of regulars in there in the morning and everyone is always so friendly.
However, I would be aware of the parking lot. My car was broken into recently while I was inside (I kid you not, it was two minutes). Lots of peddlers wandering around asking for money and I am pretty sure this particular person had been watching me for a while. Regardless, the staff was incredibly sympathetic and most of them came outside to check other cars and make sure I was ok. They were worried I wouldn’t be back after the incident, but the break-​in was due to my negligence and I have learned my lesson.
Customer service here has always been outstanding. I question some of the outlooks and attitudes of the reviewers themselves. Maybe you’re the problem?

Service is ok but the drive thru is ridiculously slow! I might as well have went in and ordered my café mocha because usually it’s fairly quick. The drive thru line is not even that long! SMH

Our favorite Starbucks place where my daughter and my hubby (Lardyboy) usually buy for cold drinks treat for ourselves… Yeay… Love these two peps of my life…

Fast and efficient; does the job. Too bad they don’t have lactaid milk or use more organic products. Otherwise tasty products.

I’m trying to make this starbucks my spot, but 8 times out of 10 they do my order wrong! What’s so hard about 3 shots of espresso with ONLY ONE pump of white mocha? Then they get mad when I ask for a new one to be done correctly. I need to just stick to my usual spot and I’ll drive that extra few miles just for my order to be done right.

Worst customer service I’ve seen at a Starbucks ever. The restroom was filthy despite the keypad lock and the separate key for customers to use. The cashier didn’t take my name, offer a bag for the items purchased, or say thank you. Normally at Starbucks they call out the item or your name when they place it on the counter but mine had been sitting there until I had to ask if it was mine.

Fast drive thru service. I’ve timed the wait, and I can make it thru the line @ 7am within 6 minutes or so, with about 6 or 7 cars usually being in front of me. What made me angry is how they increased the price buy a .25 or so, but the taste is still superior to most. I am a Starbucks Gold card holder, so I spend ALOT of time here. Also, I get free refills inside, as long as I stay and hang out as well as freebies for my birthday for being a valued gold member. Discounts ALL year… The perks are sweet! My fave coffee beverages from Starbucks:

White Chocolate Mocha
Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
They also have tasty choices for breakfast and lunch as well as sweets/​treats. Pricey, but tasty!
