We have used Shoestring Consulting since it’s very beginning in business. As a growing residential real estate company, we have used Shoestring exclusively for all of our I.T. needs. Over this time John has built, set up and maintained our servers. He has built and installed countless computers. He has been on the spot when we needed him for those I.T. emergencies. He has been there for trick software installation and troubleshooting issues. He has been our go to guy for any advice regarding I.T. issues. If he does not know the answer to our problem, he will research it like a bulldog until he finds it.
One other thing that John does that we really appreciate is, being a small business owner himself, John appreciates our need to watch costs. Many times John could have made more money on equipment and software and labor while working on an issue for us, but each time he informed us and recommended a less expensive solutioin. We really like that!
