This auction is a regularly scheduled event with a wide variety of items for sale — you never know what you will find. It is a family-​owned business with great, friendly staff. It is a fun experience even if you don’t find anything to purchase!

I have been going to auctions for many years, at this particular location, I have been there for 5 years with 3 different auction businesses, this is by far the best. Butch, Jonnie, Craig, Liz and the handsome little man Chase, are all awesome. They are friendly, kind hearted, genuine people. This is a family owned and operated business. They run an honest auction, treat their customers well and provide quality merchandise that is affordable for everyone. They know what it takes to keep their customers happy so they return. If there is some defect or problem with something, you are given the heads up on it, (if hes aware of it) even though it should be up to you to look things over prior to auction time. He opens up 4 hours early on the day of the auction so you can do so. Its family orientated and just a fun way to spend a Saturday night. To Andrew K. I am sure these folks felt bad that you were not happy. I too, have taken in items to be cosigned and what didn’t sell would be there when I returned to pick them up, maybe 2 or 3 weeks would go by before getting there and usually would be in the back room. Who ever told you they wernt a storage facility had the right to, they are not a storage facility, they are an auction and they have no room to store peoples property. You say your things were in front of the glass windows by the side door? Ever since I started going there, the items that were to be auctioned have always been in that location and at the end of the auction, that area would be emptied out because the winning bidder took them home when they left. As for your items being roped off, have never seen that either, and I am still looking the rope.
In his defense, I assume you were talking about Butch when you implied «him» as being rough, rude and abrasive, or you may have been talking about Craig, either way, Butch I have known well before he got into this business, Never, ever had I seen him rough, rude or abrasive. I am sure if provoked it would be no problem to put those words to good use, but that is not their character otherwise. Mr. K. I would bet my last dollar that if you needed the shirt of their back, you would have it. They may be business people, that dont make them heartless. They aren’t out to get anybody or hold their belongings for ransom, they are a living trying to make a living like the rest of us do. On that note, I am going to end it with one of Butch’s favorite quotes «They may not make a lot of money, but we sure have fun» and that we do.
