Absolutely the worst medical experience of my life. i had a horribly unprofessional xray tech come into the waiting room and I front of everyone review private matters and chastise me for not having an appointment. I was a drop in, fill in,.requested by my doctor. For urgency. This woman scared me, and refused me and I left crying.
I called my doctor and he made me an appointment elsewhere. Avoid Az Tech Radiology, at all costs.

Got a bill yesterday from AZ-​Tech for the March MRI that they were unable to do because their equipment was not able to accommodate my husband. When I called the billing office, the rep said «Oh yeh, I can see clearly here a note from the tech that the procedure was cancelled because the sensor did not fit around the patient.»
I noted that the bill indicated that his Medicare insurance had already paid them a large amount of money for this procedure that was never done (that is called Medicare fraud). The rep stated that they would be refunding the monies that the insurance company had already paid them.
Sooooo, why did they bill for a procedure that was never done in the first place?
