I was referred to Gila Mufflers and I am so Happy I put my trust in a repair shop I went to for the 1^st time. Everyone there is so friendly, always checking in on your while you are waiting n the lobby, and keeping me informed on the time frame of my car repair. I enjoyed meeting and speaking to the whole crew and office personal. I was even offered something to eat. My car was done faster than I expected, the price was fantastic for the service I received, my car rides so nice now. I can truly say If I have another car repair, I am going back to Gila Mufflers. Spread the word … this company has been in business for 30 + years, I wish I would have known of them sooner.

Took my 85 chevy truck in for dual exhaust. I brought in my own mufflers and exhaust cut outs. They did a great job and the price was alot cheaper then any other exhaust shop in the east valley. Great family owned shop will be back for exhaust work!

Brought my Mercedes 2002 ML320 in today after it started making a horrible sound when I hit the gas. I was referred by the valvoline express on main. The owner and his son looked at the car about 20 min after I got there and showed me the problem. The cat converter was busted but didn’t need the whole unit replaced just the place with the filter. They gave me an estimate in about 2 min and was very reasonable as I thought I’d be looking for a new car since I’ve spent 4k in 18 mod on the vehicle and it has over 155k miles. $ 188 dollars later the owner and his wife dropped the vehicle off at my office. The dealer wouldn’t have replaced the problem part but would have required that I replace the whole unit, about $ 1400 from what I’ve gathered online. The owner and son were great and honest about the solution. I’d recommend them if you have any issues with muffler, etc. they also have another location in Globe. Owner has been in the biz for 30+ years.

I have been to The Gila Muffler and Radiator dozens of times in the past 2 years. i find this business exceptional. the service is Great, this shop is the most reasonable priced shop in AZ. I thank this company for all they do. i feel like family when i go there. Thank You All Members of the Staff.

Dirty, grimy, smoke-​filled waiting room. Exceptionally rude workers. One of their girlfriends just hangs out on the old couch inside the hot, stinky «office» that is full of garbage and chain smokes and watches TV all day. Couldn’t answer any questions. Feel like they are holding my van hostage. Their satellite in Globe apparently has it, but no one answers the phones there. Ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere, having to pay for cabs and a hotel because they promised to have work done and then — what? — fled the country? Still looking for answers.
