Took my jet boat in to have the seats etc re-​upholstered. Was told the cost and timeline. The did not meet either one. 3 weeks later the boat was done BUT the clips that attach the seats were not ordered. After several attempts to have them order the clips, which I paid for at $ 6 each for 30 of them, I had to order them myself. I received them in two days. When I called they would say the owner wasn’t there, however I recognized his voice and he still said he was not the owner. Horrible.
