Lousy! Don’t waste your time. Absolutely no customer service at all. We were a bus of 40 people with a charter reservation allowing for a 15 minute window. Buy this attraction decided it was more important to leave on time than to accommodate 40 customers. Even airlines would hold a plane for 6 minutes if they knew 40 people were only minutes away. A five hour bus trip for nothing and $ 90 per person? Horrible!
