Wow, this is the 3rd time Ive had bojangles and I loved it every time. The 1st time I got the chicken tender box. The Chicken was Ok but the fries brought me back. So the 2nd time I got a sausage biscuit and small fry. The biscuit was ok but fries were even better then I imagined. The 3rd time, I got the same thing and the biscuit was good enough to where I’ll get it again. Fries were ok. But I’ll be back soon!

I stop at this restaurant on my way to work in Raleigh and I usually arrive there between 5:27 am and 5:35am. Everytime they have been late opening up. Drive thru has 3 – 4 cars waiting. I went there this morning at 5:35am hoping to get some breakfast and the door was still locked. Smh… something needs to be done about this. I can truly understand this happening every once in awhile but all the time. Come on… Apex, NC Bojangles! You need to get it together. This was the last straw. I had been debating and debating about posting this review. But I’m fed up and tired of it.

I love Bojangles. I rave about Bojangles all the time. Since I’m on the west coast now, I dont get my fixing of Bojangles. I always get the kids supreme, french fries and ice tea with bbq sauce. I also always drown the fries with their amazing seasoning. Please come to the west coast. Thanks :)

This is the most ethnically diverse bojangles that I’ve ever been to. The lady taking my order… Korean. The lady that took my payment… white lady that looked like she works at the fair. Person that gave me my food… Syrian. I go to sit down and there is a family of 4 all wearing camouflage. Such a diverse crowd.

We came here for pick up. I hate to compare but since Bojangles is a famous chicken in NC I’ll be gentle. The chicken is good but lacks seasoning., salty yes. Taste generic if you ask me. French fries is good but very salty. We liked the mashed potato but not the coleslaw., it’s not the typical coleslaw were used to., you know with mayo. Biscuits– flaky and good flavor but no buttery taste., smell and taste yeasty. And we fell into their TV advertisement and bought a jug of their sweet tea., oh Lord I can feel diabetes coming on., and it has a weird aftertaste, chicken and sides does not pair well with tea. Service is fast though but I don’t think we’ll be back for a second time.

Pretty on part with other restaurants in this chain. We’ve only gone through the drive thru, but the service is always friendly and relatively quick. We always request«all dark» for the chicken and they’ve never messed that up. The prices, like all Bojangles’, are pretty cheap, and you can get a monstrous sweet tea for under $ 3 — very sweet, but also a great tea flavor, perfect for a humid day! If you’re craving some quick fried chicken with some flavor — not just tons of salt — it’s Bo time!

Slowest one ever! And not friendly. I go here about every other week and every single time it is a pain to order at the drive thru because they can’t hear or get the order right. The people working there(with the rare exception of one lady) are really rude.

The food is always consistent, but ringing up the same order has produced 3 different totals, and I love how the prices just randomly increase, then decrease, then just change back. It’s frustrating that every time I come through the drive thru, I may or may not have to argue about how the person rang up my order incorrectly. Lately, my total has been pretty consistent, until that drive thru person changes… Ugh, if this want the only option on my way to work, I wouldn’t go here just for the frustration of having to tell someone how to correctly ring up my order.

Good food, bad coffee. Bojangle’s is Bojangle’s and I like their food especially the cheddar bo biscuits. Mainly writing this review because today I got a coffee here for the first time and whoa it was bad lol. I added more cream and sugar than I normally would to doctor it up a bit and that made it drinkable but I would steer clear of this stuff its rough.

A couple of years ago, I moved to California, where they do not have Bojangles. Today is the first time I have been back in so long and what a horrible experience! Don’t get me wrong– the food was good(I only got a chicken buscuit) but the customer service was TERRIBLE! Maria, the woman who took our order, was unbelievably rude. I ordered my buscuit, and she asked if i wanted to make it a combo. I simply asked what the combo was and she LAUGHED and said it came with fries and a drink, as if I should have known(uh… I haven’t been here in two years!!!). She acted as if I was an idiot. I hope they don’t treat everyone from out of town that way. Then, after taking a closer look at the menu, the buscuit combos come with Borounds and coffee OR a drink… Well, if I had known that, I would have gotten a combo! Who’s really the idiot here… Not only did she provide horrible customer service, but she doesn’t even know the company’s product! Not that they need it, but they could have easily made more money off of me! I was really looking forward to coming to Bojangles, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. And fair warning– if you’re from out of town, expect to be looked down upon by the staff if you don’t understand the menu!

My wife and I LOVE Bojangles’! The food is delicious and the staff at the Apex location are AMAZING! They know many of their customers by name, and always greet you with a smile. A few years ago, after a rare but heavy snow storm, we actually hiked 2 miles to this Bojangles’ just to have lunch… yes, it’s truly THATGOOD! :D

Lots of fried chicken, dirty rice, sweet tea, biscuits… yee haw! Taste = awesome! Of course you will end up in the hospital from eating this stuff with any regularity. Tons of salt and grease… like I said, the taste is fantastic! =]
