I went for my annual. Lady at the front was not inviting at all. No smile, no «Hi Welcome», NOTHING. I was 5 minutes late and was told I may have to reschedule (even though the sign said «if your 15 mins late please reschedule…»).But that was fine as I do understand each patient is given a certain amount of time. Anyways, I was able to be seen. I did not receive a Pap smear nor was I asked to change into a gown to be examined. All that was done was weight and BP. Then I was talked to a nurse practitioner for about 40 mins. I never saw a doctor! I will not be coming back as I feel it was a waste of my time and money. Very disappointed.
