The Domino’s App is the hook for me. Sooooo easy. Eating out these days is expensive and Domino’s is no different. The food is fine. The kids love it. They have GF crust and I am GF. So it’s really a no brainier.

I’ve ordered from this location several times and have always had a pleasant experience. I always order online, which is really easy, and my food is ready within their estimated time. I love the pizza tracker option! Also, Shoprunner services Domino’s so free delivery will save you a couple bucks.

We had good experiences with this Dominos locations in the past and now we will not order anymore. We ordered the new hand pan pizza with the triple cheese option. Twice in a row we did not receive what we ordered. They essentially charged me more than what I paid for twice. That’s what I call… a big rip off.

You are all very correct. I would have to be an idiot to order from this Domino’s again ! And I am a pretty laid-back customer believe it or not. My father was visiting and I wanted to order a pizza so I went to the online site and placed an order for a 1-topping large. Well, the online order failed due to technical difficulties 3 times. The website said to call the store to correct things. I called, was asked to be put on hold, waited 20 minutes, and then the same fellow picks up and says«Domino’s !» I start to explain the problem. He almost immediately puts me back on hold. Another guy picks up a few minutes later and this time I get a chance to explain things. He says«Listen bud, I just want to give you the straight scoop; If you order a pizza it will take 2 hours before you ever get it». I told him thanks and said goodbye. So, anyhow a few days later I check my card statement and realize that they’ve charged me for the pizza anyhow. I call back on Monday and ask to speak to the manager. That person gets someone else(who acts like they might be a manager), then after I explain things he says the General Mgr is the only one that can authorize refunds and won’t be in ’til 5… So I call back. When I call back at 5 the manager is making deliveries so the girl answering says she’ll have him call me back. He never does. I call again the next day and get the same run-a-round. I finally give up and file a Visa charge dispute which guarantees I’ll get the money back.(Apologies for the long story, but this place is the worst). My first time there(and I’ve only gone there twice) the server actually made fun of the toppings I had chosen. Not only is the business poorly run, but some of the employees don’t understand the line between friendliness and professionalism.

Truly the worst Dominos I have ever ordered from, really this place needs to be closed or management changed… DONOTORDERFROMTHISLOCATION. They are terrible. I have ordered 4 times, and NOTONCE have they go the order right. And apparently the drivers choose not to have change… so when your bill is $ 19.34 do you give $ 20 or $ 25? I wish I had gave $ 20, it would have been the smarter move. AWFUL, really.

We were suckered in by the advertisements of better ingredients and $ 5.99 medium two topping pizzas. We ordered the pizza and were given an estimate of 27 – 37 minutes. After 70 minutes, we checked the pizza tracker to find out that our pizza had been out for delivery almost 40 minutes(we live 5 minutes from the store). We called the store to get an update and were told that the driver would be there any second. After another 10 more minutes, we decided to call and cancel the order. The phone rang and rang for over 5 minutes… they must have caller ID and knew that they didn’t want to talk to me. While the phone was still ringing the pizzas showed up. The driver made a lame excuse about heavy traffic because of an accident. After all of that, the pizza that we ordered with marinara sauce had NOSAUCE. It is doubtful that we will ever order from Domino’s again… EVER.
