When I walked in the door I was received immediately and helped right away. I walked out in no time with my new phone and plan. Great customer service!

Awful customer service. Knowing that people don’t have a choice but to go there is the only reason they are still open. Just awful

Love Verizon. Awful store. Here now, 5 employees, 5 customers, everyone who comes in gets told«About an hour.» Bryan has been on his phone watching another employee struggle for 15 minutes. Nick is looking at fishing apps on a customer’s phone who he finished with 20 minutes ago. Unbelievable. 3 – 4 employees at one time trying to figure out an error message for one customer. Unreal. Stay with Verizon, but go to the Cary store! #wastedevening

I recently switched from Sprint(awful awful provider, along the lines of Time Warner Cable) to Verizon, after years of being held against my will, feeling as though I would have to give my first born before getting out of the contract… I digress. I am happily now a Verizon Wireless customer. I actually have service in all of my neighborhood and travel areas and have experienced ZERO dropped calls in 3 months. WOWZERS! Today, after almost a half day without any phone calls or texts, I thought either the world ended early without me, or something was up. My phone had no network connections and would not dial out or send any messages. Well, I simply could not have that go on for another second so I went like a speed demon over to the Verizon Wireless store in Apex. When I went inside, I realized that I was one of only a handful people waiting and thought this must be a good sign. I admit, I was confused. There was no where to check-in so I had to approach someone(mildly interrupting him) and ask if I needed to check in. He seemed a bit perturbed and said he would be with me. Fair enough, I did interrupt him(mildly). He turned to me a few seconds later and asked what I needed. I told him my disastrous situation with my phone and he checked me in on his handy iPad and went on his way. I asked him, explaining I had never been to the store as I was a new Verizon customer, what do I do now? Am I to wait and be called or what is the next step? Again, he seemed like he would rather be anywhere else other than helping me and said to wait. Maybe after an afterthought that he would like to be nice, he came back and said, «let me see your phone. It may be a small issue like your SIM card». Well, thank you kindly sir! After about 5 minutes, Mr. Formerly Perturbed became Mr. Verizon Save-the-day and handed me my phone all fixed, claiming it to be a SIM card issue. I tested it before leaving and all is well. I have insurance so there was no charge! Yahoo!!! So… 4 stars for the experience, not 5 because I thought the rep could have been more hospitable but I am definitely a fan.
