Apollo Beach Air

So I called Apollo Beach air-​conditioning to report a problem with my heater and air conditioner system. The guy shows up within one hour which was very impressive and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch. He goes on to say that he can repair it for $ 200 or so. Of course I tell him go ahead and repair it because it needs to be working.
Well he called me at least four times over the next few days promising that he would be «right back» to repair it as soon as it quits raining or the wind stops blowing or he has time. His shop is less than ¹⁄₈ of a mile from my house. After all the promises he has still not shown up to repair the air-​conditioner unit and it’s going on three weeks.
I mean really, why not just drive the 30 seconds over here and fix the unit instead of calling me repeatedly telling me you’re going to fix it.
I have tried to call now and the recording says they are closed and on vacation for two weeks. Geesh!
Guess who I am not going to call when it comes time to replace both of my AC units probably this summer.
I assume that he repaired it several days ago and was waiting on a invoice. Apparently it’s still frozen up and not working. The motor is now going to lock up and make the problem worse.
Thanks a whole hell of a lot for nothing Apollo Beach air-​conditioning.

Called them at 4:30 and they were here at 6:30. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the spot and we had cool air by 7:15. Will definitely use again.
