I used to think that all dry cleaners were the same until I came across Dones. Dones gets it right when it comes to the presentation and their professionalism. My dress shirts are consistently presented with collar bands and look like new when I pick them up. I really like that! I also like paying on their iPad and having my receipt delivered via email. The staff is super friendly and they greet me by name. These may sound like little things that every business should be doing, but they make a big difference.

Brought a suit and 3 dress shirts,. Suit was nice untll i noticed on the pants a big patch of dog hair light colored l ike b a lab or something, started to look at jacket and had a big patch of bog hair on it also on the back. I had 3 full button up shirts and all were wrinkled fron 3rd button up, it was like a steam press wrinkle there to stay. I will not go back and i will NOT recommended.

I did not notice for many times me and my husband were going here for almost two years, but I was starting to notice that the smell on the clothes (underarm smell) were still there and stains on the fabric were still there. My husband shirts collar were still black and dirty.

This dry cleaners offers same day service. They also very eco-​friendly, they recycle their hangers, and use eco-​friendly plastic covers, and now they are emailing/​texting your receipt. The employees are great and the owner is wonderful!!! One day I came in and carrying my baby in the car seat, the owner helped me carry out my dry cleaning while I carried out my baby out to my car, I thought that was great!
