Chick-fil-A

How can anyone not be impressed with Chick Fil A and their customer service?! So today I used the drive thru and there were two people outside taking orders at the clipboard? I wanted to see the menu and wallah– they handed me one. I ordered the yummy spicy chicken combo with lemonade, they gave me the total and asked if I could please have payment ready for the first window. Well that made me much more conscious and I had my payment ready. There were two cars in front of me– each of them, I would say was at the window less than a minute. Once I was at the window, the person greeted me with a smile and repeated the order. Lucky for them I was honest as they were mixed up and it was a huge order! She said thank you and then I received my order quickly. Everything was hot and fresh, although I would have liked my fries hotter and with a little more salt. of course I know I shouldn’t want more salt, but hey I did and just asked for a packet. Order was given accurately, hotly, and yummy with a smile :-)

This is a very small chick fil a that offers a drive thru and a dining area. It’s a nice place to go to study or hang with friends.
The drive thru is very slow but if you’re trying to kill time then that’s a plus. However, if you’d like your food a little quicker then consider heading inside to order.
Besides that the food is always good, tea is almost always good, and the employees are usually nice.
Would recommend.

Best chick fla. Great service and food is superb. Love all the activities they do for the little ones. And how they support local schools.

Food is great and people are very friendly however on weekends there is a lot of trouble getting in this location. there is always a line that wraps around the building and they appear to be twice as slow as other l locations. Need more experienced people working or better management to expedite service.

It’s been awhile since anyone has reviewed this location and I have waited some time before posting but today was final straw. Regardless of what time of day, it’s almost impossible to get in and out of the drive thru in less than 30 to 45 minutes. I love chickfila but wasting that much time inside or in drive thru is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, drive or walk to the store near I4 on 436. You won’t lose your whole day.

I love Chick-​fil-​a. I’ve been eating their food since they were one little store front in the Altamonte Mall during the 70’s. I used to walk by there store while they gave out free samples, over and over and over again. Until my parents finally got done shopping and would take me inside to get a sandwich.
Things have changed since then (see below) but the product flavor is still the same as it was forty years ago.
My favorite is the Spicy Chicken with extra pickles and on a wheat bun.
I do not like the fries any more. I used to love them but it is rare to get them right out of the fryer. Usually they have been sitting under the heat lamp and you can tell because they get stale really quick.
I also don’t like their «ice cream» which is only frozen milk products. It isn’t really ice cream.
But… their chocolate chip cookies freaking rock. If you are lucky you can get them hot and fresh but they really are awesome cookies.
Over all I’d like to give them 4 stars but their chicken is… well… huge and based on the size of the breasts alone I know those chickens are abused. I’ve seen the documentaries on how they pump them with growth hormones and heavy antibiotics.
Don’t kid yourself. You know it too. The chicken comes from a massive chicken mill. It isn’t free range or organic. It’s pumped full of chemicals to make them have more meat on their breasts. They are such large chickens that they most likely break their legs and then sit all day in their poop and pee.

I’m a big Chick-​Fil-​A fan from the start, so I just wanted to get that out here. This location is another great one. It really has everything you know and love about Chick-​Fil-​A, which includes great service with a smile, fast service, and just that notch of personal touch that you don’t get with other fast food restaurants. The playground here is large and kept clean, and the drive-​thru moves efficiently. They also have outside tables by the playground, so you can sit out there while your child burns off all that excess energy. It just goes to show that if you keep your restaurant and restrooms clean, and offer great service, you get repeat customers.

I find the staff regularly friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I’ve never had to wait on my food or had a complaint about cleanliness of the facility. I can’t speak to the speed of the drive through as I usually eat by the playground, but everything else at this store is fine for my family!

Chick-​Fil-​A has an excellent customer service and this location goes above and beyond. Very friendly and the drive through lane is fast.

Chick fil A has some great employee training. All of the staff are consistently friendly and helpful– so hard to find in a fast food setting. This restaurant is no different. Their food is great– who doesn’t love their fried chicken?!? Chicken biscuit in the morning and a chicken sandwich in the afternoon, you can’t go wrong! I do wish that the playground was inside. It is just way too hot for my little one to play outside in the heat in those nasty tubes. The dining area is small and the parking is tight. You have to walk through the busy drive through lane to get into the building. On my last visit a nice female employee treated my son to a hot fudge sundae, and even brought it to our table. She helped me convince him to eat all of his nuggets first. Wonderful!

This is my all-​time favorite CFA location. The management staff is amazingly friendly and always stops to say hello and chat.
The drive-​thru is always accurate and friendly… Easy to order.
The play yard is wonderful for kids and has nice shaded tables.
The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean.
Best of the best! Eat more chicken!!!

Since this is the closest Chick-​Fil-​A for miles… it’s usually pretty busy. With that being said… expect to wait especially if you go through the drive-​thru.
Most of the staff consists of high school kids :), but they are always friendly. Standard quality, menu and flavors as a typical Chick-​Fil-​A.
For those out there looking for fun place for their kids… this location has a great outdoor play area for the kiddos. Always clean and looks very safe.
Overall…eat more chicken!

This is the slowest Chick fil a I have ever been to. I have been there at varied times of the day, and I can never drive-​thru in under ten minutes. Very busy!
