The employees look like I don’t even want to be there. Plus they look very sloppily dressed. And when I asked for one meat to be swapped with another sandwich they told me that it couldn’t be done. Plus I can see the employees in the back eating and drinking as soon as I walked in.

Subs are always good. But this visit turned me off when I watched a heavy set woman from behind the counter clean out the top of a barbecue bottle with her finger no gloves and put it back on the counter.

Love the fire department theme. … the sandwiches are very good with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is very clean with fast friendly service. I am a fan of Firehouse.

Brand new Firehouse in Apopka!!! Yay! I’m a fan of Firehouse (can you tell??). The subs have a great flavor and have plenty of meat. I usually get the Engineer but the Hook is Ladder is a favorite. This restaurant is larger than others I’ve been in and cleaner too. They also have the Coke Freestyle machine which offers so many soda options you’ll stand in front of it for a while the first time trying to decide!
